Worst experience, I had taken 3 services in looks saloon for my hairs i.e global, highlights and nanoplastia which costs me 23k on 26th january/26 , my hairs quality is worst now from last 1 month . my hairs are too hard & rough . Not even a single sign of nanoplastia seen on my hairs ,grey hairs also visible on the head. Today I visited to the saloon to show my hair quality to saloon staff. but the staff didnt accepted even after they saw my grey hairs they didnt accepted anything and behaved in very rude manner ,very pathetic service ever!!!!! Very disappointing service in looks saloon Ashok vihar Branch. they are just charging money and doing nothing. staff of the ashok vihar branch are cheaters. They are destroying image and goodwill of Looks. very bad experience . I will never visit Looks saloon again & i will never recommend Looks to any of my friends and family.

Negative experience ever - I had spa done from Mohit. He is an amazing person but one thing I didn't like about the spa is the worth of it. It costs Rs. 2500/- and is not at all worth. They didn't do any head/neck/shoulder massage stating it costs extra neither any spa heating was given.I have been to looks other branches and other big saloons as well, there also massage and heating is given.He just used his 2 products of 30ml each. He said this spa is the top one & takes 25mins only but he extends it to one hour. He put the product to dry for 20mins each time once it is applied and said it's done. I was shocked to hear any top spa which takes only 25mins for tummy length hairs.If that's how spa is done i can do it at home also, why i have to go to the saloon & waste Rs. 2500/- .. In manicure pedicure also it was done below elbow only. Another thing - I didn't like is that the saloon didn't gave him gloves to apply products on hairs. My mother got global hairs done from him and he was using his hands because gloves were over. His whole palm & fingers were itching and this is very harmful. If you can't take care of your staff from whom your getting the business , I am amazed you can take care of any other thing. Services Spa services, Manicure

Got my hair coloured again. The service was amazing as usual. “Arun bhaiya ne bohot acha colour kiya”. Definitely get a balayage done from this place The experience was very smooth and colour was as expected! Prince was the hair expert assigned to me and he knew his stuff well.

Really disappointed with the experience. The pricing seems inconsistent, with different prices being quoted to different people for the same services, which feels very unfair. The owner’s attitude was also disappointing and not very welcoming. The services themselves were just average and definitely didn’t justify the prices. Overall, not worth the money.
