I went to Krasiva after reading all the positive reviews and was extremely glad that I did! From my first phone call to set up the appointment, to the helpful staff member at the reception, to the amazing hair cut by the extremely professional Pankaj, to the final payment process - everything was super smooth. The staff was very friendly, helpful and sincere. Pankaj has been working here for 8+ years, which is indicative of not just his experience but also of the fact that the owner treats the staff like family. And it's this same homely feel that makes one feel welcome and well looked after even as a customer. And yes, it is very reasonable, which is highly commendable in the times we live in, where people charge exorbitant prices for no good reason. Definitely going to be a regular customer from now on!

The staff is really lovely and warm. Vijay did my hair massage, hair wash, blowdry, manicure and pedicure a few times and he’s really good at what he does, I would definitely recommend visiting Krasiva for Vijay. His work is always of the same high quality. Everyone else is also really sweet and helpful!

I had gone for a root touch up and haircut. Firstly, if you have a new customer, your job is to make them feel welcome and at ease and not laugh behind your backs that the hair colour I had bought would not be enough for my length of hair. Just explain that politely to the customer instead of immediately pressurising to avail a 4500rs hair colour package. Also, I'm surprised that a parlour run by a woman has staff that can make a woman client so conscious of each of their supposed faults with their hair, begining with the judgemental tone of questioning, "When did you last colour your hair", "Your hair looks awful, it's all grey inside". Yes, we woman get our greys and that's exactly why we go to your parlour to colour out hair. Just as I declined the 4500rs hair colour package, suddenly I wasn't a customer that needed to be attended anymore. I was kept waiting for long periods of time between each step when there was no one nearby and I kept calling people to come attend me for the following steps. The towels you use are old, tattered and downright dirty. Now for the main haircut part, I told Mr. Shanu I wanted bangs, that I was open to experiment and showed him a number of reference pictures to know which one he'd be comfortable to give me. He completely disregarded my wishes and again started with the subtle image shaming. Somehow my hair has been wrong for the colour part because there was "too much growth" (the hair stylist's words), now my hair was not right for bangs because it has "too little growth". If you're not confident or comfortable with cutting bangs, you could've just told me instead of finding imagined faults with my hair and we could have decided on something else together. But you said "Let's not go by pictures, I'll give you a nice haircut that you'd love". I trusted the process and your skill but what you did was a hasty five minute snipping of some of the length and some hasty one set of layers, that too only at the bottom part and then setting my hair and literally frying it with that intense heat from the dryers which I repeatedly told you to tone down the heat. But you were in a hurry to wrap up your day. I didn't get the haircut I had come for, I was not satisfied with the slipshod job you did on my hair and I had to shell out 850rs and have an evening wasted and my self confidence with that as well. I am never ever setting foot inside Krasiva again. And my request to Mrs Bhavna Dabas, please instruct your male hair stylists not to make your clients feel self conscious or humiliate them. People go to a parlour for some pampering and relaxation, not to waste their time and money and to hear in what different ways their hair is "wrong" Services Haircut

My experience with Krasiva has been incredible. Bhavna and her team offer wonderful salon experience which is welcoming and caters to the customer’s expectations. I am extremely happy with their hair styling and hair colour services especially balayage. I recommend Krasiva to everyone!

Krasivia is the most reasonable in CR park. Their quality of services are top notch. I've been using their service for the past three years and have not had complaints even once. I took a haircut last week and i loved it. It was done by Rahees. He did exactly what i wanted. All of their staff is so warm and kind and they listens to what customer needs. I have been to Krasiva couple of times. All of their charges are affordable and services are also good. I'm going to Krasiva to get a haircut in future as well and I'll recommend if you want to get a haircut, get it done by Rahees.
