I cannot recommend Bodsphere highly enough! Samarthya & Preetika Bhatnagar are true teachers and have provided excellent curriculum and support. I have definitely learned things that some of my friends in other yoga teacher training courses did not. I feel supported by the community and by Samarthya & Preetika. I have recently completed the 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course as well as the Yoga Nidra Course. I am currently taking the Yin Yoga and Pranayam Courses and have enrolled in the 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course. I am so grateful for these resources & these classes.

It might sound like a cliche, but my time at this academy truly changed my life. The place is quiet, clean and comfortable. The teachers are wise, helpful and kind. No one single class started late, changed or was cancelled. Every single issue and request from the students were attended by the members of the staff with a big smile. Attending the Yoga course has been by far the best decision I've taken in a long time.

I was doing another UK based course, where the content is awful & really expensive.. I had lost so much confidence and then I found Bodsphere.. this course is beautiful.. the content and information is stunning, detailed and so easy to navigate.. I highly highly recommend Bodsphere, I am so happy and excited to have completed this course so that I can start my teaching journey & continue my learning.. for all my UK piers looking for a yoga course Bodsphere is fantastic don’t hesitate to join .. goodluck

I am truly amazed at the quality of the classes! Highly recommended. Look at those materials with tons of memos that I didn't want to miss a word. I took both part 1 & and part 2 on Udemy because I wanted to learn how to do meditation properly and how yoga history & body mechanisms are connected and work together. (though I am not going to be a yoga instructor) It was full of knowledge and I can tell how much effort you both put into preparing these classes! 🙏
