Thank you Bodsphere for three part of 300 hours YTT. I learned a lot about yoga, especially about pranayama, mudra, bandha, testing our selves about flexibility. I must review and play back again the lesson, to strengthen my mind of this courses. I hope I can teach my students better after I got a lot of lessons. Namaste
After a year and a half of working on my 200 hours RYT last night I completed my training. I wanted to come here and say a big THANK YOU to Bodsphere. Your classes were amazing. I learned some much and feel very confident to teach and move forward in my teaching and learning. I will be forever grateful to Bodsphere for my education
I gained a tremendous amount from this course and thoroughly enjoyed it, as I was able to connect with the material on a personal level. Each module reinforced my confidence in choosing both this course and this professional path, not only from a career perspective but also as part of my personal growth journey.
I have so much appreciation for Bodsphere for the immense work they do to make Yoga available for everyone. The founders are always available during and after your yoga study journey. I completed my 200hr YTT and I’m currently doing my 300hr with them via their Bodsphere app which I highly recommend to download. The training offered , the content, and support are incredible. Whether you want to become a teacher or just deepen your practice, Bodsphere is the perfect place. Thank you Sam and Preetika! I am grateful that our path crossed. 🙏🏽💛 Services Teacher training
