A beautiful place, with great ambience and aura just like Sam and preetika. Their positivity can be felt all over the place and their work. God bless you. More power to you both.
Preetika and Samarthya are one passionate duo who care utmost about their service. Bodsphere is a new age Yoga Studio and I love their Power Yoga regime.
Definitely would recommend to everyone. I have done the online teacher training programme. The teachers are very professional and kind and lovely. Both the yoga classes conducted and the teacher training programme is really amazing.
The teachers are amazing, their online TTC was a fantastic experience for me. Sending all the love from Greece!
It's an awesome place for people who are above 30, as both the coaches here actually put your body into a healthy mode which you realise within 15 days of joining , they make you do a mix of aerobics yoga meditation pilates, so they overall leave no stone unturned to make us relieved . Thyroid pcod, full body stretching spondilaitus, etc etc they take care of it all.
I enrolled in the courses on udemy and they are very legit, the cost of my education was less than the yoga alliance certification
Highly experienced fitness trainers who will make sure that you get the desired results. Bodsphere is the best studio in Delhi! Thank you so much, Samarthya & Preetika !
I had a wonderful chance to join bodsphere. It was totally amazing experience, totally relaxing. A workout which is not only for your body but also energizes your mind. What a great energy the studio has and I totally recommend bodsphere for regular classes.
I took the 200 hour yoga teacher course. Samarthya and Preetika are incredible teachers. I have signed up for the 300 hour course and yin yoga. I’m excited to learn. Thank you Bodsphere!!
Both my wife and I have been attending their Yoga classes since a long time and we find the trainers so professional and knowledgeable. You're gonna walk in with the burdens of life and you'll walk out with a smile on your face feeling stronger, happier and more at peace. We wake up looking forward to our yoga practice every morning!
