Dr. N Sehgal team & Nursing team specially (Shini,Milan,Amanpreet ,Joyce) & all other staff members were excellent in terms of hospitality and took good care of my wife after surgery. A big thanks and keep going.

Worst experience faced with details are as follows: 1. TPA desk either over loaded/lack of resources or not willing to do the job. They response insurance company's queries /closure in 4-5 hours and you need to chase them alot. In my case, first day, response time was 04 hrs and other day, 06 hours. 2. Hospital staff raises bill without given medicines to the patients so please be careful. 3. I admitted in the hospital for spine injury and doctor Saurabh Kapoor but overall services are not upto the mark and MRI facility is not available in the hospital. They have tie up with external parties which takes time. I know that nothing will change after this review but still i wish to aware the public and leadership team of the hospital.

I had a great experience at sehgal hospital. The staff is very cooperative and supportive. Dr Alka jain mam is very nice and sweet. Dhwani mam is also very nice and helpful 👍, she explains everything very well regarding room and estimates . …

My mother Manjeet kaur was admitted in this hospital . I have good experience . All the staff was cooperative and helpful . I want to thank to all the Nursing staff, GDA , front office staff , all were cooperative and thankful. My special thanks to Miss DHWANI in counselling . The way she explained all the things and the way she communicate and deal with patients is commendable. She is very helpful and she shown the full cooperation during the whole stay .kudos to her work. Thank u so much mam .

Very nice hospital, courteous & helpful staff. When I compared with other morden age hospital it may not have all the facilities.. but when it comes to personal touch and care it is ought to be the best. Also rates are pretty reasonable and Dr Aprajita Gupta is a very trustworthy and knowledgeable doctor.. overall, an excellent experience.

Nisha Singhariya is one of the great staff member of Seghal neo hospital. Indeed very helpful. She reoslved the billing issue with ease. Thank you and keep up the great work ☺️
