It's One of the Good Hospitals in Pashchim Vihar. Their Doctors are very good . Specially Dr. Sunny Jain is Excellent. There are some very good Staff who give Excellence Services. Some good Staff like - Ishwar, Subot, Priyanka, Charu, Manisha,Geeta, Nisha.

My mother was admitted last month in sehgal neo hospital. She was in critical condition and now she is better I would like to thanks Gurmukh from reception with sent the ambulance on priority and thanks to Dr Rajnish Kumar They both saved my mother's life Thank you to both of you🙏

One of my family members recently landed from the US and within three days of his arrival, got sick. In the middle of the night, he was taken to Sehgal Neo Hospital. The admission was quick. Procedures simple and within no time a nice private room was allotted. Immediately the blood samples were taken and sent to the 24-hour pathology lab within the hospital premises. The doctors and staff was very caring and polite. Within hours, the blood test results were made available. The treatment had already begin under the advice of senior doctor Rajneesh Kumar, Consultant Internal Medicine. Withing 48-hours, the patient was diagnosed, treated and even discharged. It is surprising that these days, it is a common notion in India that the hospitals unnecessarily keep the patients longer to make money. But in this hospital, the things are different. As soon as the doctors felt that the patient was okay as well as the patient was satisfied too, he was discharged. Even the time taken for the billing process was very reasonable. The infrastructure is excellent. From a room cleaner to the top doctors, the entire staff is soft-spoken, helpful and professional. I take this opportunity to thank Dr. Rajneesh Kumar under whose guidance the treatment was undertaken. Last but not the least, I also thank the floor staff who had provided excellent care to the patient. This staff included Sister Shalu, Sister Mamata, Mr. Pawan, Ms. Manisha, Ms. Ayushi and Ms. Komal besides others. Thanks Sehgal Neo Hospital. The services have been very good at the hospital. The staff has been very cooperative, it was a good decision to choose Sehgal Neo Hospital for my wife's delivery.

All doctors are supported and good service & staff .... My husband was admitted in Room 555, Hospital services are really commendable, the doctors and other medical staff have been really courteous and helpful.

Hospital staff is very worst they don't have manners to talk even tpa team didn't see mails on time realy very worst experience even they don't bother that patience had didn't taken food from morning till evening. I will never come back this hospital and didn't refer anyone the same also they charge amount without any reason they charge 4500 of economy room after that they charge for enhance vital monitoring system for the bp and oxygen monetring.
