Very neat and clean hospital staff of the hospital is very good and polite in nature very helpful and caring staff.
Dr. Raju Kalra and the staff of Sehgal Neo Hospital is very cooperative towards the me. Nurshing staff at level 5 of new building is very cooperative and they helped me very well in my worst pain periods. Thanks the entire team for my recovery.

I had a very positive experience at this hospital in room no. 352 The staff was professional, caring, and attentive. The doctors explained everything clearly and are very supportive. The facilities were clean and well-maintained. Highly recommend for quality healthcare.
The staff is good, especially Sahil Saini and Hariom from normal Ward, Floor 2 — they are very helpful and polite. However, the hospital management is disappointing. It’s overpriced — ₹50,000 for a normal ICU stay without oxygen, just for observation. At the time of discharge, they also charged for medicines for five days, but returned only the leftover tablets (just one or two of each). Moreover, they even billed for items that were never actually used, showing overuse just to charge extra money.
Room no 551 patient got very good service from whole staff of the hospital.
