We recently delievered our first baby at Sehgal Neo Hospital. I am glad to share that we really made a good decision with our hospital selection. The entire staff of the hospital was very good and cooperative. They really took a very good care and were very supportive.The doctors are also very professional and soft spoken. My mother was admitted on the 3rd floor, and I must say the experience was truly positive. The staff was exceptionally polite and professional — unlike many other hospitals where you often come across rude behavior. Everything was done on time, and a staff member would personally visit every morning and evening to check if there were any concerns or discomfort. Their attention to detail and patient care really stood out. A special mention to Dr. Monish Malhotra — an excellent doctor who not only treats with great skill but also brings genuine comfort and confidence to patients and their families.
