Sehgal Neo Hospital

I have recently visit to Sehgal Neo Hospital for my mother dialysis. There was some guy Audesh Kumar at panetry was very rude. I was ordering my tea and thought to order cup of tea to the house keeping staff and he was like aap aise hi krte ho and all. Let me brief, I took my own glass for the tea and he filled 2 cups which i don't know and after doing payment he said aap hamesha aise hi krte h, maine kabi apko kuch nai bola. His behaviour was very inappropriate. Request Hospital to teach your staff some manners and ethics.

I was admitted in Sehgal Neo Hospital on 3rd December. My experiences was excellent from emergency to my room by the Doctor and the nursing staff, Housekeeping. I am very much happy with the service and the hospital have the best Doctors they have the midas touch. Better than those big hospitals. Safe reliable i highly recommend Sehgal Neo Hospital

Savita Chopra, my wife got Robotic Knee Replacement of both the knees on 9th Nov 22 by Dr Simon Thomas & his team at Sehgal Neo Hospital, Paschim Vihar. On the very next day they told her to start walking with the Walker, on fourth day started to climb the stairs & on fifth day was discharged from the hospital. Our experienced at the hospital was unmatched & excellent as Doctors, Nurses & all other staff was very dedicated, thoughtful & kept care of even small things. Superb that Dr from Management came to know about the health of the patient & know if any problem or thing is required. Even after the discharged we are getting daily calls from the hospital to know about the health of the patient. Once we messaged at 1.50 am midnight being pain & got reply at 1.54 (hrs) am at midnight and Dr Simon's call in the morning. Salute to them We never saw or listen such treatment in any hospital in our whole life. The Hospital also have all modren infrastructure, latest equipments, cleaning , doctors, nursing staff, assistant, very professionally managed & specifically patient gets personal touch here. Everyone is very very attentive, humourous, mature, responsible & knowledgeable. Overall keeping in view treatment, excellent care, there is no comparison with any of the other so called big or branded hospitals in Delhi/NCR & SNH is no ONE. They provide much better services as claimed by them Moreover, there charges are also below other big hospitals. We have appreciated everything to every visitor coming to us. We are thankful to Dr Simon Thomas, Dr Gulati & their team for unmatched treatment & we are blessed to know about you & this hospital . May God bless you all with more progress, prosperity & long healthy life to serve humanity in long way 🙏🏻🙏🏻

The helping staff and doctors are good, but the discharge system needs serious amendments. After endless reminders also their discharge process is so slow that it takes an entire day even when the patient is comfortable to leave the premises. Their billing system is extremely slow and uncomfortable no one comes forward to help in the same

In Casualty department Dr. Saurabh is very good, he handled the situation very well. Also in ward Dr. Shivangi was corporative and specially Nursing staff are very skilled and experienced, they guide the patient very well.

My experience at the hospital went so amazing that can't b expressed in words. Doctors, Nursing staff and housekeeping all are so nice n cooperative that one feels like home. Nursing staff of (2nd B) level is specially very helpful. Sister Divya (ward head) took care of each n every minute detail of each patient.Anyone can come here for better health and get their problems solved.

Sehgal Neo Hospital is one of the best hospital in this area; I have an amazing experience here.I was admitted in 242 A under Dr. Rajneesh Kumar who treated me with best treatment. Best hospitality and very caring nursing staff, There was nursing incharge ms kalpana who were very polite and her team was very helpful. Ms Monika, ms Milan, Mr. Umesh. Ms Parvesh. Highly recommended this hospital.
