It is one of the best hospital in west delhi and the staff is well trained ..The financial counseller Ms dhawni had counselled me very well and explained each and everything in detail. Mr Vikrant at reception was very helpful and polite in manner his support and courteous nature during the stay was remarkable . Thanx to both of you to make me realise that i am in comfort zone. . Staffing nurse were well trained .. keep the good work team@sehgal .

My experience here has been really good so far. I’ve been coming to this hospital since past 20 years and I’ve never experienced any issues here. There quality and standards have always been top notch. This is one of the best hospital’s in Delhi.

My wife was admitted in sehgal Neo hospital for 13days in the month of Oct 2023. She was suffering from high pneumonia and her both lung are infected. She was in ICU for 8days and at once she was very very serious. Thanks to god and sehgal hospital for their Doctors treatment and staff for saving my wife. I would to say and thanks to ICU staff and docs, their ICU treatment is the best. Thank you to Doc Rajneesh, doc jai, doc gaurav, doc Anant gupta and doc Shubham for their treatment, suggestions and taking care of my wife. I would like to say about wards that room are very clean and nice. Sisters are all good expect some. Like to thank you sisters Sharon 3rd floor she took my wife from ward to icu at right time thank you her. Thank you sunny, angel, shalni sisters.Just a feedback so that you hospital gets more better, please fix’s your rooms stuff like new switches, fix beds remotes, main oxygen bottles. Just give more importance to room belongings. One more important suggestion please give room or space to sleep of icu patient. Insurance staff is also quick. Guards also helpful. NICU staff is so supportive and very caring. My new born baby was very sick when born, and they took very special care to my baby and helped to him to recover so well. I am highly obliged🙏to the whole staff for their special attention to the baby. Thank you very so much NICU team❤️

My wife was admitted for gallbladder stones, and needs to operate for Laproscopy. The surgery went successfull and everything was transparent throughout the process. The TPA facility is also smooth. i stayed in room no. 302 and hospitality is also on point. Very well satisfied with the services.

I got admitted on 22 Sep for c-section, I must say that the facilities provided by the hospital was awesome. even the staff is so supportive. the hospital is well cleaned and hygienic. There is one of the nurses her name is Remya I dont know the complete name, she is so helpful & nice. she took care of me and my new born daughter very well. please give my feedback to her if possible. overall excellent experience.
