A special thanks to Dr. Dhruv, whose professionalism, calm approach, and clear communication gave us great confidence and comfort throughout the process. He patiently explained the condition, guided us at every step, and ensured that the treatment was handled smoothly. His expertise and compassionate attitude truly made a difference. I would also like to appreciate the nursing staff and support team for their cooperation, prompt assistance, and caring behavior. Everyone was courteous, attentive, and supportive, which helped us feel reassured during a stressful time. ( Floor 4th room no 410) Overall, our experience with the hospital has been very positive, and we are thankful for the dedicated efforts of the entire team. 3r floor 306 b miss kenjal, our over all experience within the hospital is good and dr. Nikhil Verma Is amazing in his work and well experienced and have done robotic knee surgery.

203B Doctors, Nursing Staff everything outstanding. Improvement needed in overall cleanliness - bedsheets were not clean, bathroom was not very clean.

Hospital location is good, facilities are available, doctors are very professional. BUT the nursing staff are not at all doing well, no professionalism, only when some senior visits on the floor, the nursing staff are actively working otherwise they don’t care much about anything. 5/10 rating Will not recommend this hospital much.

The hospital infrastructure is good, but the nursing staff are careless and seem inadequately trained. They do not listen to patients properly and treat them as if they are in a government hospital. The overall nursing care and attitude toward patients need significant improvement.
