Due to a serious heart rhythm condition and seen in holter test report on 2 july 2026 , a pacemaker implantation was recommended. Dr. Jogendra Singh explained the procedure in detail, addressed all our concerns, and performed the pacemaker implantation with exceptional skill and professionalism. For Dr. Amit Shridhar The doctor is good only before surgery. After surgery, he does not want to see post-operative patients even when they are facing complications. The main focus seems to be only on surgery and money, not patient care. Last 25 Days OPD appointments are repeatedly cancelled at the last moment with excuses like doctor not feeling well or being busy. Waiting time is extremely long (2–3 hours even after giving a slot), and staff behaviour specially the girl name GAURI,Chesta,and Rahul who gives us appointment her behaviour is very rude and unprofessional. I humbly requesting to the Head of this hospital to take strict action regarding this. If post-operative patients are not a priority, then appointments should not be given. Highly dissatisfied.

We stayed in Ward 204A for a couple of days (18th to 20th September 2026) , and the overall hospital experience was comfortable.
