I had an emergency on Sunday ....I knew the clinic was shut,but sent a message.Dr.Bhardwaj was extremely kind and asked me to come in the evening and saw me.Kudos to his empathy for his patients.

I am seeking a second opinion regarding a significant hearing impairment. I have been diagnosed with a severe and chronic condition characterized by bilateral tympanic membrane retraction (commonly referred to as 'eardrums bent inside'). My previous physician indicated that the primary structural issue is not surgically treatable. Currently, my hearing function is severely diminished; I estimate my residual hearing capacity to be approximately 20% of normal. This level of loss is significantly impacting my quality of life. I was having the hearing issue after done my surgery with another doctor and now I m getting treatment from the dr bhardwaj since I m on medicine I feel much better and I feel I will be getting well after the medicine course done thank you sir

I visited the center after getting referred by one of the reputed personality but my experience was opposite … I entered the cabin one big instrument was put in my mouth without even giving me tym to keep my bag or get comfortable or somebody didn’t even explained what is happening just inserted the instrument …doctor is no doubt highly skilled but you should at least describe the problem and answer basic questions none of my queries were even heard I was sent to diff diff rooms escorted by diff diff staff giving me diff diff advices knowing nothing about my problem …speech therapy was given which was not even asked to me if I want or not ….medicine were prescribed but nobody explained me when i have to take … No description till when the infection will get fine will it get fine or not surgery information nothing was given …when i asked information i was again sent to a small room with no light ….where hardly can anybody read….person entered and started going through my file and asked you have taken speech therapy …no other information i asked surgery cost he straight as way said 1.5 lakhs I said okay kitna tym lagega and the next minute he again saw my file and ohh Apka nodles hai …when you don’t know what is wrong Abhi Tak ap kya advice de rahe tey ….he had no idea problem thi kya and what he was giving advice about ….. Lastly they will not give you bill as well …after asking they gave me xerox copy not even original bill …will surely not recommend …they charged me around 6-7 k for this …but frankly this was my second advise Normal if i visit any ent he or she will charge only 2-3 k fr this …highly disappointing experience ….

STRICT NO... With my Septoplasty nothing has changed, it was a wastage of money( over costly), time & the Wasteful Pain. The deviated nose is same as it was before the surgery with the same breathing problem. Honestly I feel Cheated. After 5 months -- I have sinus headache after drinking anything cold & cough...which I never had in my entire life. I regret the whole process. Update after 1 year- after searching on my own I have found that the reason was Untreated Caudal Deviation...I feel irritated and pathetic....such a waste ....this doctor either ignored it or lacks proper knowledge of the field...what so ever feels like punching him....Just do not go with either paid/influenced reviews

Overall experience was more than one can think about visiting a doctor, things are made better and easier to understand by overall staff and u will always feel guided and helped. Thanks again to Dr Bhardwaj sir and his team.😊 …
