The staff at this clinic pressures patients to give a 5-star rating and offers various incentives to do so. They quote a certain cost before treatment begins, but then demand extra money midway through the process. In one instance, a staff member promised—in the presence of three witnesses—that no charges would be levied for the final PRP session; however, when we returned for the procedure, he went back on his word, making excuses and claiming he had meant something else entirely. Yet, all three of us were 100% certain of exactly what he had promised.

I went to the doctor hoping that I would get proper treatment. The doctor first charged a consultation fee, then conducted a test using a machine without even asking me and charged separately for it. He prescribed several expensive tests and even told me where to get them done.
