Both my daughter and I had a thorough cleaning and dental examination, and the entire process was smooth and comfortable. I recently went to Clove Dental in Guru Harkrishan Nagar area, for my root canal treatment. Dr Lipika Hattar attended to me and made sure that I receive the best treatment. Mine was a tricky case that involved aesthetic area but Dr Lipika handled everything with great skill and precision. The treatment was smooth, and I’m very satisfied with both the results and the care I received. Also both the attendants - Seema and Deepak were very cooperative throughout the treatment. I recommend this clinic for excellent dental treatment and care.

Total experience was good. Both doctors are good Dr. Sonal jain & Dr. Lipika hattar.They give the guidance what to do specially Dr. Lipika hattar gives you the proper guidance and instructions in a very polite way. She was pretty good in how to handle the patient during the treatment. But the worst part of the clinic is that I have to wait for so long from the time of my appointment that is literally very annoying experience for me. They have to meet the patient on the scheduling time that they give them 10 to 15 minutes is ok but more than 1.5 hour is too much specially for me.

**Very disappointing experience with Clove Dental.** I had a tooth extraction at the Vikas Puri branch on August 1, 2026, but received no follow-up regarding my check-up or stitches. When I contacted Customer Care myself, I was given a 2:00 PM appointment at the Guru Harkishan, Paschim Vihar branch. Despite arriving on time, I waited for around 1.5 hours and was then told the branch did not recognise the appointment booked through Customer Care. I had to leave without any consultation or treatment. Extremely poor coordination, follow-up, and customer service. I expected much better from a professional dental healthcare organisation. **Clove Dental management needs to take this matter seriously and address it immediately.**
