Total lack of accountability at this Mahindra workshop. They ignore manufacturing defects like Oil & Water mixing and blame the customer instead. The Zonal Head Vinay Kumar is extremely rude. They don't respect loyalty even for a customer owning 5 Thars. Shwetansh and the service team are only interested in making money from customers' pockets. Filing a case in Consumer Court. Beware!"

Please don’t waste your time while visiting here. Shear waste of time false commitments. No time commitment. There is nothing free in any service, every service is chargeable. Highly overburdened. Lack of space. Zero star

1.Very poor and non professional staff...service centre should take a note on technician working....otherwise very soon u will see closure of service centre. 2.quality of service on my XUV very poor. Req do not send your vehicle...wastage of time nd money.

Not a good experience. Technical Advisor didn't give attention to vehicle. They totally misguided the customer. Didn't believe. Without diagnose a problem They demanded chassis wiring in first step and after that sensor problem in second step which would cost about 38,000 and I was surprised when I examine my vehicle on Nangloi mahindra workshop. It was just a problem in DEF tank pipe. Thanks a lot to Shuban sai Nangloi

Sent vehicle for service , got in pathetic condition. Leave the cleaning, looks like they haven’t touched . Avoid Services Tune-up service

बहुत ही घटिया सर्विस, अच्छी खासी गाड़ी दो यह आपको खराब करके वापस देंगे, कंप्लेंट करोगे तो आपकी गाड़ी इनके सर्विस सेंटर पर ही खड़ी रहेगी ठीक करने के नाम पर आपको परेशान करने के लिए यह गाड़ी ले जाकर सर्विस सेंटर खड़ी कर लेते हैं

Pathetic Service centre ever faced in my life,They Bluff their customers,A simple job like cleaning they cannot perform in fact they ruin your car They Scratched my car An arm long on Bonnet This is the type of service they usually do. Their washrooms are worst than public urinals.Don't ever waste your time here.These type of service centres are shame on Mahindra’s name. They really need to have sit someone sit on their head while service, to save your hard earned money.

Isse ghatiya service kahi nhi milegi. 10-15 min ka kaam ke liye 2 din laga dete hai. Yaha jo relationship manager appoint hote hain wo bas jhoot pe jhoot bolte hai. 10 km dur service center gaadi dedena lekin yaha mat dena. Warranty ke Paisa barbaad horha hai mera yaha. Aur kuch nhi.

My experience with Shubham Sai, Mayapuri has been nothing short of infuriating. If this is what Mahindra considers “after-sales service,” then they seriously need to rethink who they are trusting with their customers. The biggest problem is the complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic ownership of problems. The moment they have your vehicle, it feels like customer satisfaction becomes the least important thing on their list. Getting a straight answer is harder than getting the actual work done. The workforce and service quality are extremely disappointing. There seems to be little attention to detail, little urgency, and even less accountability when something goes wrong. You shouldn’t have to repeatedly explain the same issue to different people or practically supervise the service centre yourself to make sure your vehicle is being handled properly. And the after-sales support is even worse. Once the sale is done, apparently so is their responsibility. Instead of genuinely diagnosing and permanently fixing issues, the experience feels like a cycle of temporary fixes, excuses, delays and passing the responsibility around. A customer shouldn’t have to fight with a service centre to get problems resolved on a vehicle that is supposed to be professionally maintained. The service ethics are questionable at best. Communication is poor, transparency is poor, and accountability is practically nonexistent. When you spend a significant amount of money on a vehicle, you expect the authorised service centre to stand behind its work. Here, it feels like the customer is treated as an inconvenience rather than someone who has paid for a service. What makes it worse is the attitude. There is a massive difference between “we’ll look into the problem and fix it” and “we’ll do the bare minimum and hope the customer stops complaining.” Unfortunately, my experience has felt much closer to the latter. Shubham Sai needs a serious overhaul of its service standards, workforce training, customer handling, quality control and after-sales accountability. Owning a Mahindra should not mean having to become an expert mechanic, service advisor and complaint manager just to get your own vehicle properly serviced. Absolutely unacceptable experience. I would strongly advise other Mahindra owners to think twice before trusting their vehicle to this workshop. The vehicle deserves better, and customers certainly deserve better. Mahindra needs to understand that the ownership experience doesn’t end when the car leaves the showroom. It begins there.
