National School of Yoga

I went to the National School of Yoga today to know about the benifits of yoga and about panchkosha. Ajay sir not only was very welcoming, but also made sure that we understood everything that he said with his simple language and relatable examples. He made sure that we didn't go back with doubts in our minds. It was a great experience and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for meditation and yoga classes.

I joined National school of Yoga 1.5 months back and I am glad that I found this place close to my home. Very trained and professional yoga trainers who give individual attention to everyone. The batches are also small and you can discuss your requirements and issues in a freely manner with the trainers. Definitely worth recommending.

National school of yoga is one of the trust worthy institute of yoga .I am facing a lot of problem in my lower back from so many years. After doing practice of yoga.. I feel better and my health is improving. Thanks

I joined National School of Yoga a month back, and it is absolutely one of the best decisions I have taken for my body and mind in a long time. I felt healthier, happier from Day 1. Ajay Sir and Deepa Mam are very well qualified and experienced teachers.

When I went to this yoga center for the first time, I felt really good. The yoga experience is very different and insightful. Ajay sir helped me in connecting with my inner self and making me learn how to keep myself at peace. Other teachers also taught me various yoga postures and how to do pranayama in the best way possible. Really glad to get in touch with the center. Thank you Seema Mam and Ajay sir.

Jal-Neti is a powerful and very effective technique which solved my long back Sinus problem. I suggest Yoga to everyone out there. Thank you so much National School of Yoga!

I attended corporate yoga sessions in delhi from national School of yoga and they were fantastic the instructors made sure to accommodate our office schedule and I felt more relaxed and productive at work after each session.

Worst place to join. The owner of this place is very arrogant. All the below reviews are talking about teachers and the teachers here are good. However, the owner is very rude and unprofessional. I joined this institute for around 5 months and within that time period 2 of my teachers got changed. It affected my practice as every new teacher will take time to understand my strengths and weaknesses but the owner here doesn't care about his clients. Trust me, at the moment all the teachers have collectively resigned from this place due to rude, arrogant and boastful behaviour of diplomatic Ajay sir.

Best school of yoga.thnku national school of yoga. And thnku Ajay sir.

Not just the faculties but the entire vibe here is very positive and pure. Everyday seems to be a new learning experience, had the chance of doing 3 months of training here and I am super happy
