in the midst of delhi madness is this cucoon of calm and tranquility. the teachers radiate the quality of the centre always brimming with joy and positivity and to me it’s like my oxygen supply while in the city. so grateful for a centre like this which holistically caters to giving yoga in all in aspects . vijayji has maintained the authenticity of the sivananda tradition in it purity . This is a wonderful place to practice authentic yoga asans. Your mindset about yoga will change after practicing yoga here. I have been practicing yoga here for the last 5+ years and my life has totally changed in positive direction after joining yoga classes here.

Very soothing & calm place. Environment apt for meditation & yoga. Give it a try once atleast. Completed my 8 classed/Beginners course. Now 10 more additional free classes. Excellent Yoga training... Our Yoga Teacher/Guru was Vijay Mehta ...Absolute cool calm and Spiritual oriented. Knows Yoga well and explains how various Yogic postures effect body/Mind/Soul. Blessed to have him as a Guru.

This is such a beautiful and well run Sivananda centre. All of the staff are very attentive and caring, and I thoroughly enjoyed visiting to celebrate the life of Swami Sivananda on the day of his mahasamadhi. The people running the centre are truly living out the words of Sivananda: to serve, love, give, purify, meditate, realise. I hope to visit again next time I’m in Delhi 🕉

I came all the way from Italy to visit the Sivananda Yoga Dwarka Center in Delhi. This is the best yoga center I’ve ever been in my whole life. A place of peace, kindness, and deep spirituality. All teachers are excellent. Thank you Vijay Sir and staff for the lovely experience, Om Namah Sivaya!

Zero-1/2 stars. The most polite man you’ll come across here is the person who helps you in parking your vehicle. Would not go again or recommend it to anyone. Teacher was was herself in weird temperament most of the time when anyone couldn’t understand the asanas and always implementing that she’s doing this as social service. Slow claps 👏. I should write more because of what I have experienced and saw at this place. But nothing would do the justice.(experience of so called prenatal yoga at the centre)

I have joined Aadishiva Yoga Centre for 5 months and continuing. I am 13 years old and I have been gaining weight and I wanted an increase in my height. Meenakshi ma'am has been a huge supporter and joining her classes helped me get motivated and energetic. She gives attention to all the students and gives the aasana and exercises according to need. She teaches us about yoga and a healthy lifestyle. I have a better routine and mindset now. I recommend this centre if you want a good physical and mental health. I hope to learn a lot more from her. My association with the Sivananda Centre, Dwarka is 3 years old and besides the yoga which before joining I thought was a physical activity, the spiritual enrichment which I got has been a total life changer. Today, I find myself a much better person in terms of body, mind and spirit. The environs of the Centre is so nice that you get enveloped by a feeling of peace and serenity the moment you walk into it. I consider myself fortunate to be associated with the Centre.

My teachers are Prakash Sir and Deepika ma'am, they are such great teachers.. 5 stars to them. Very polite and helpful. I did yoga for the first time, and they helped in learning all asanas.

This place can be termed synonym to health, peace and mindfulness. The environment is peaceful. The place is surrounded by greenery. Unlike other centers they will not try and sell you yoga gears (though I’m good quality stuff is available). I highly recommend this place for peacefulness m, the so called me time, and Ofcourse health. Positive Communication, Quality, Professionalism
