I had been grappling with a disc bulge injury (LV4-5, S1) for the past two years, and it had even forced me to give up playing cricket (the first love of my life). However, I felt gradual improvement within first few weeks itself after joining the yoga centre. Ma’am’s approach was holistic. She started by gently working on the flexibility/stretching of key muscles—thighs, calves, hamstrings, sides along with impetus on breathing exercises. Time was also spent to strenthen the muscle groups (back and core). I started running without much discomfort after one month and then started playing cricket again as well. The improved flexibility and muscle strength has helped also me to avoid body stiffness after a cricketing weekend. Joining the centre is much much better than taking medicines for prolonged time (I feel doctors are not expert in dealing with such pains in the long term, all they try to do is to manage symptoms). Also patience is the key with Yoga. There were up and downs in between but so are there in every facet of life. And not to forget, it is a good place to make friends and lighten up the mood. There are intersting stories everyday to make you laugh. :)

I would like to show my gratitude towards Twinkle ma'am who helped me inloosing 20 kgs kg of my weight by her exceptional method of teaching yoga. Yoga is charismatic in many ways. I knew this till I met Ms. Twinkle Mishra of Twinkle Yoga Center. When I met her, I realised how it can change lives of people. I was suggested a knee replacement some 4 years back but it was Twinkle's confidence in me that she performed such wonderful yoga exercises on me and today I stand fit and fine. Similar was the case with my lower back and shoulder months back and there you go. Today I must thank my stars for being associated with her for more than a decade now. I was struggling with PCOD for more than 10 year. Nothing helped me better than Twinkle ma’am’s yoga classes. I lost around 6-7 kgs along with alot of inches. Not only weight, my cycle got regular after ages. I have cured my PCOD without any medication. Just yoga. Can’t thank ma’am enough for all the help she has always provided.
