seema is a very attentive teacher, who guides the students being mindful of everyone's different limitations and possibilities. the classes involve many different exercises which help us attune to different aspects of the body and its relations. the studio itself is very confortable and well equipped. every time i've left after class, i felt that was what i needed.

Top tier yoga studio! Amazing instructors and very accommodating to beginners. Very well informed on the human anatomy, thus instructors always provide variations of different asanas for you to see what works best on your body. Would come back again whenever I’m back in Delhi.

I've trained with Seema Sondhi, @seemasondhiyoga for just a few weeks and can already feel an immense difference. She has a process of guiding that is posture based, such that even verbally a nudge here and there and I was able to improve the impact of the asana. I limped into Seema’s yoga studio less than two years ago with compressed discs. I’d been to months of physiotherapy and was looking for an effective, cost-efficient and long-term solution. I was welcomed with Seema’s beatific and reassuring smile. Seema has recalibrated the way I think about my body. The achievements, which have been aplenty, were no longer milestones but just collateral outcomes of a process. She was there guiding me when I was overdoing it, and motivating and pushing me when I was stuck. I love the yin yoga classes as much as I do the vinyasa flow and, thanks to Seema, I know my body a lot better than I used to because as she says “you need to listen to what your body is trying to tell you.” Above all, I found a positive space and a very positive teacher who has helped me in holistic growth.

Seema Sondhi is, hands down, the best yoga teacher that I have trained under.
