Seema Sondhi - The Yoga Studio

Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced student, classes at The Yoga Studio are accessible and challenging! You’ll meet really good people here.. the space is quiet and relaxing.. and it’s easily one of the best studios in Delhi :)

Online classes that i have been doing with Seema ma'am for more than 2.5 yrs. Need i say more! Extremely professional and a variety every week so that it's not mundane. I am glad to be on a mat with her guidance.

My wife, Nupur took prenatal yoga classes with Seema Sondhi and she was very happy. The classes really helped her. Seema sondhi is a very approachable, professional yoga instructor and I would highly highly recommend her!

The Studio was a perfect fit for me. Having moved to Delhi from DC I was looking for a teacher who was genuine, encouraging and inclusive. Seema Sondhi has several teachers who are similar to her in outlook. There is a wonderful feeling of true learning here. I recommend this studio highly.

There was no connection between the teacher and student. She doesn't ask anyone of any injury or concern. Also she gives more attention to western students than Indian ones. Then after the class, just give money and go. Even her instructions are not clear. For 1000 Rs a class, definitely not worth it.

Seema is a dedicated teacher who understands each of her students needs to create a personalised feeling even within a group class. Her class is the perfect start to any morning anywhere !

I have been attending the classes intermittently for a few years now, and have found them to be revitalising in every sense. Seema is a firm but gentle teacher, who nudges you into listening to your body even as you learn to work with it. I leave every class happier, calmer and lighter.

I don't know any bad teachers at Seema's studio, each of them show me something I can focus and work on it. I did my first teacher training there, and I feel that Seema and her team 'made me' :) Thanks to Seema's studio, I am stronger, looking for the right posture for my body and my mind. When the basic are good and strong you keep them on your journey. It is what I received from here: strong and good basics that you can rely on. Seema's studio is my mama studio! :) And I will always come back there. Much love Seema!

Seema is a highly professional teacher, with a gift for reading the room, and adapting each class to the needs of her students. I cannot recommend her school enough.

The yoga studio is one of the best yoga experiences I’ve had. It’s a haven for a complete mind, body and spiritual rejuvenation. Seema ji, our dear guruji , and all the other gurus at the studio, strive for perfection of asanas and put in a lot of effort for making it the perfect yogic experience. Not to forget the warmth, love, calmness and total well- being they bring to the practice.
