All doctors and medical staff behaviour is very good, and treatment should be affordable rate..Jeevan jyoti hospital is a good hospital in East Delhi.

Worst experience with this hospital. My mother was admitted to the ICU, and she asked the nurse for water five times, but it was not provided. When I met my mother, she asked me for water. I then asked the nurse why water had not been given. She said there was an emergency, which is why they didn’t provide it. I don’t know whether she was telling the truth or lying — and even if it was true, this is not acceptable and case of lack of planning. Admitting a patient to the ICU (Intensive Care Unit) is not a joke. What kind of “intensive care” is this if you cannot provide a basic necessity like water? Water should always be placed near the patient, but here the situation was the opposite. As per Dr. Aftab, he told me that the attendant should provide water, not the hospital staff. Seriously? What can you expect from a hospital that cannot even provide basic facilities like water? Either he is not aware of the process or need some trainings. Such shameful behavior. I am truly disappointed with his words. 😞

I'm on dialysis in jeevan jyoti hospital dilshad garden Delhi dialysis team and Dr Aniruhd lochan is very good Doctor very nice behaviour very coperative best hospital

Very poor service and customer satisfaction. Patient has to sit for hours to get the treatment from doctor and there's no importance given to time here, doctor (Mr Anirudh)is not at all punctual of timing.

Worst one hospital. It is just pvt company of Dr Lochan & family.. no proper care and. It safety at all. Lab attendent have seen using already used needle. Administration team is Masha Allah.... All r tike passing... Looting patients and earning money

Dr. Rajiv Lochan's treatment went fatal. He used an infected syringe and my sister's condition is still not good after months. He is only making money from the patients. Have filed a complaint against him Delhi Medical Council and Indian Medical Association.

I have been to this hospital for my mother's treatment. It's a good hospital, providing good treamtment, with reasonable charges. Every hospital charges money, but here, charges were affordable for a middle class person like me
