Bahut bahut khushi hui is hospital me aakar. Staff available rahta hai all time for helping.doctor experience is fantastic and totally great with patient and for treatment

Aaj ma first time yaha gaya tha ...MRI karvaney ....hospital ka atmosphere bhot acha laga ...staff bhi bhot ache the ..or bilkul bhi mera time waste nahi hua, hospital pohchtey hi mera number aa gaya .or half hours k andar andar ma mri karvake free ho gaya ...MRI karney vala technician ya doctor jo bhi the bhot ache the ...mane aaj tak itna coperative banda nahi dekha medical line me ... Bilkul rush nahi tha hospital me ...private hospital private jaisa lag raha tha .....nahi to aajkal paise dekar bhi 5-5 ghantey kharab ho jatey h .....

This hospital facilities are good Staff is very cooperative

The infra is good. The premise is clean and well maintained. The bed was clean and the behaviour of the nursing staff was also good on an overall basis. The only thing that was not 5 star was the time it took for the information to reach us about the treatment. It can be improved 👍 …

Don't ever go to this hospital..❌kala dhanda kar rahe hai.. specially for labour pain..ek case nahi mere family me 5 case ese hue hai ..bacha normal hone ke chance hota hai par ye har bar nakli pain dete hai or operation ke liye bol dete hai dara dete hai ki bache ko kuch ho sakta hai...pls plss yaha mat jaiye.. genuine cheez bata rha hu...maa kasam..plss

I had a very disappointing experience at Santom Hospital. The staff were unprofessional and seemed completely disorganized. I had to wait for hours despite having a prior appointment, and no one gave a proper explanation for the delay. The doctors appeared rushed and uninterested in listening to my concerns. The billing process was also completely non-transparent. I was charged extra for things I never used, and when I asked for clarification, the billing staff were rude and dismissive. Definitely not recommending this hospital to anyone who values their time, money, or health.

The staff is really cooperative.... especially the lab one on the morning shift....they talk and explain very briefly and nicely...I appreciate it

Very good supportive staff, nursing, housing staff are very caring and well behaved, during admission till discharge Mr. Keshav has given special attention. Over all satisfying experience. All the best and Happy caring.

“Please do not go to this hospital. They are only interested in making money by admitting people. There are no facilities and no proper care. Only the staff’s own admitted patients’ family members come—10 people at a time—making noise and even abusing. They only care about earning money. If someone is admitted, you cannot leave them alone here, especially not an aged person. There is no tea, no bedsheet change—you won’t get anything.
