Our experience at Santom Hospital, Rohini Sector 24 was truly satisfying. My mother was admitted due to typhoid fever, and we received great support throughout her stay. A big thanks to Dr. Dharmendra, who is not only experienced but also very understanding and accurate in his diagnosis. He made sure my mother got the right treatment at the right time. The TPA team deserves appreciation for helping us with the claim without any delays. Also, the 3rd-floor nurses, GDA staff, cleaning team, and pantry boy were polite and very helpful. Patient meals were neat, hygienic, and nutritious. Overall, a well-managed hospital with great staff. Definitely a place you can trust.

During the recent hospitalization of my wife Mrs. Tulsi at Santom Hospital, Sector 24, Rohini, I have found it to be an excellent hospital in my own experience.The doctors team, nursing and supporting staff here, especially Dr. Mitali Chauhan and Dr. Vipin Jain are very capable and professional doctors. Excellent cleanliness system, caring and prompt attendant staff, quality serving foods to the patients everything remained very good. Earlier in October 2024 too, I had chosen this hospital for the treatment of serious jaundice of my son Abhishek under the guidance of Dr. Vipul Rustagi, which was a very good decision and experience for me. If we say that this is the best hospital among all the hospitals nearby, then it will not be an exaggeration.

All process is very smooth and clear. Treatment is best . proper care of patients . Our problem is solved by management team time to time. Management team always available for listen by morning rounds. Thanks to all team.
