My patient was not able to eat 2 spoon of khichadi even , but our dietician has sent pyaz ka prantha and tea in breakfast . Want to ask all of u ki kis hospital me patient ko pranthe diye jate hai . Odrwise worst tasteless food served to patients , nimbu pani me nimbu nhi chini bhari h ... My patient was suffering from gastritis at one nite n not able to have a sip of water , but on duty RMO Harshali forced the patient to eat tablets """khani toh padengi" without check patient's physical condition. Mere request krne per bhi she hadn't contact with Concerned consultant. Full night mera patient preshan rha. I found WORST RMO on duty here . Morning .. evening all shifts . No concern for patients .. on duty RMO ko new admission patient ki report tak nhi pta . Dr. Dharmender came to my room , n told patient "ye lo report ..tumhari kidney me stone hai " and he jst walked away after saying ds. Are yaar attendent ko side me le Jake boldo ...why to say in front of patient . Uske baad tension me ake meri patient bahut royi and her BP shoots up.. On the very first of hospitalization, dr advised 4 bottle of iv fluid per day because patient suffered from loose motion vomitting n 103 fever. ..patient was not able to eat anything ...where maintaining hydration is very important, but NSG staff has administer only one bottle in 24hrs. There r many more things to say .. but my advised to RMO n nurses on duty is ...plz show some concern towards patient's problem . GDAs r best behaving ..Lots of thanks to them . ITS REALLY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH U SANTOM HOSPITAL.. mere patient ka problem shota tha solve ho gya odrwise it can go worse .

Cleanliness well maintained nice hospital

The staff was cooperative and understanding, the doctors were composed and explained everything as per the needs. The stay was comfortable as well and the room was clean.

Visited in emergency on 19 May for my wife due to congestion and pain. The staff (sister) was polite but the doctor was least bothered. Wrote prescription for patient as if they are doing us some favour. Felt like going in a government hospital where the doctor is just giving meds and treating patient without sharing anything with the attendant. Medicine was half written and asked to come to OPD for proper consultation. Imagine hospital taking consultation fee, a doctor is seeing the patient but asking them again to come in OPD next day to consult doctor ( so that they can get consultation fee and write proper medicine) Would not recommend anyone to visit the hospital unless it is very critical.
