Treatment good but system worse.feedback ke liye koi proper system hai hi nahi.koi bhi aa jata hai.house keeping bhi aa jata hai feedback lene.nursing staff thik hai and dr dharmender treatment was awesome
staff is not good no leasing either reception either koi codination nai. hai. There is no cleaning, even after 4 to 5 time then I told supervisor is given u staff given tea in a broken cup.next time nai hoga After that, please give feedback to the supervisor suraj is not good. Suraj plz change u attitude

Wonderful experience with Santom Hospital. The staff was always helpful and kind. They ensured I had a smooth prep, surgery, and follow-up. I am so glad I chose Santom Hospital and would highly recommend to anyone.
Worst hospital, not management at all. After waiting for two hours for Dr.Mitali Chauhan, she first asked to get Xray from hospital & said she will prescribe medicine after Xray, she also mentioned us that she is here only at hospital. But after 15 mins when we came back with xray from hospital only, she had already left the hospital without checking Xray report & prescribing any medicine. Then a junior doctor who has no knowledge about our case, prescribed the medicine & that too the chemist was not at all able to understand the medicine prescribed. We wasted our 3 hours & 1000 rupees there with no actual treatment.
