This was a very difficult and emotional experience for us, and unfortunately, the hospital made it even worse. During something as sensitive as an abortion, a patient expects care, clear communication, and empathy — but none of that was provided here. There was no proper explanation of the procedure, which created unnecessary stress and confusion. Everything felt very money-focused, with no transparency in billing, and even basic things like proper bills for medicines were not provided. What was most shocking was the behavior of the nursing staff. They spoke very rudely and lacked basic courtesy. At a time when a patient is already emotionally disturbed, such insensitive and disrespectful behavior is completely unacceptable. Overall, this was a very disappointing and unprofessional experience. I would not recommend this hospital, especially for such sensitive situations.

This is the worst nursing home and had a very bad experience with this hospital. This hospital gives more importance to money than to people’s feelings. Whether it is delivery or abortion, emotions are always involved. First of all, they do not clearly explain what procedure they are going to follow for the abortion. Then, they seem very money-minded about everything and do not provide proper bills for any charges. Even their pharmacy has a rule of not giving bills for abortion-related medicines. On top of that, they should understand that a person is already emotionally disturbed during something like an abortion. Instead of being supportive and kind, theiir staff behavior is very rude, as if nothing has happened. I would definitely not recommend this hospital to anyone. . Not a professional approach .

I highly recommend this hospital.
