Fully Satisfy from Dr. and All Staff. Some time Receptionist get angry for some time, but this is normal. It all depends on the nature. Both Dr. and the staff were good with me. Yes, I am not satisfied with the child's Dr. And Thanks Dr. Anshu Arora.

The waiting time to meet the doctor is intolerable. A person who is sick can further get sick . The staff and Doctor has so much casual attitude in attending the client's. I went their thrice and could not get a chance to be attended by the doctor. They should surely improve their client meeting and time management.

Dr Anshu Arora is an excellent Doctor. Gives the best advice is confident and increases the confidence of the patient also. Her nursing home can be trusted for not doing any forced C-section sugeriess.

Gyne might be good but the staff is absolutely unproffessional and undertrained. Doc is good for consultation but hospital is not at all recommanded for the deliveries.. there is no full time padeatric. My baby was in nursery the next day she was born and Nurses were sleeping on the floor in the night while the door of nursery was bolted on first day.. on second day baby was left alone weeping for at least 30 minutes. The cleaning staff were so neglible they were cleaning the room and toilets, unfilling catheder without using gloves. We need to call nurses everytime the drip gets over. They feed the baby with the bottle and powder milk on the very first day, without even trying for the motherfeed. For 8 mo ths they kept saying it will be a normal delivery but she goes for C Sec. Worst experience. They charged us 1Lakh, at this price we can easily had a baby delivered at some bigger and better hospital.

Dr. Arora is a great gynecologist. Got very good treatment With supportive reception staff and nurses

Will never suggest this hospital. Gynae might be good but they don't have specialist child doctor. Guys choose clinic having combination of both else child life and future can be risky. Other than entire staff is u professional.

Dr Anshu is good only for 2nd Opinion , not for primary consultancy. Strictly Avoid this Nursing home for Delivery , just to save a few thousand rupees as compared to any hospital which would have more facilities and even a neonatology center ( speciality Infant care) Staff is Rude and Expect a 1-2 hour waiting inspote of taking prior appointments (whats the use of appointment then!)

Very unprofessional staff, I took my appointment today. I got two calls but no staff member mentioned that they only take cash or card. I went 2km to get my check up done and the receptionist denied my payment and couldn't even try to help me stating no mam we will not accept online payment. Very unprofessional and least bothered staff.

Staff specially on reception is very very unprofessional, Management should have take strict action against them. I took a appointment on phone on dated 04-12-17 at 05.01 PM. But when my wife came to hospital reception staff told her that you do not have any appointment, and we have not received any call from my number at 05.01 PM, after that when i came and showed them my call details (which is attached with comment) they have no answer, even they dont feel sorry, and one of staff said to me that you can complaint anywhere. I have complained directly to Dr. Anshu but she didn't take any action. I respect to Dr. Anshu she is very good, polite, and experienced doctor, but not happy to see her reaction after my complaint.

A Big no for Dr Anshu Arora and for nursing home....careless doctor and unprofessional staff......I will never recommend Dr Anshu to anyone. After my delivery I had many complication bcz of her treatment but she didn't treat me well after that....request all the couple who are planning for their baby, do not think to go to her for pregnancy treatment and delivery.
