Hospital nhi h ye security guard ki jel jaha mera bhai apne bache ko dekhane aaya or uska bhi harassment kiya or family ka harassment kiya gaya mujhe jo samj aaya only paise kama ne dhandha bana rakha h
Dr. Nadeem Akhter(Dermatologist Monday OPD). You should skip this doctor because he lacks basic skils to convey the prognosis to patients.
Money focused, not treatment focused hospital.. Will give unnecessary treatment, procedure, medicines just to increase billing amount not to give cure to patient. Will never go again.
Dr GARIMA GUPTA is worst doctor.. sirf paiso ke liye baithi h yha par... Inhe patient se koi lena dena nahi bas apne private ke paiso se matlab hai.... I m shocked Aise log doctor kaise ban jate h... Meri sister ko general me dekha tak nahi na baat ki seedha ye bola private me dikhane aai tab baat krugi... Worst dr ever
My doctor was Super Cool. He was all ears for my muscle spasm thing. My friend took me here. Asked me to come after 5 days. Cafe Coffee Day just opened; Been a month; Reasonable rates. Have added its menu in the pics. Basic Infrastructure. Needs modernisation here and there. You can sense it. I found a lot of people struggling for space to sit down. The Hospital needs to add more onto that. That's it. Short Visit. But I have added pics for more details. ☺️
Our dad had been under the care of an extremely able and compassionate team of doctors both as an out and inpatient for the last 6 years. He breathed his last recently after 16 days of hospitalization in Tirath Ram Hospital. We are extremely grateful to Dr. D. K. Singh (a doctor Daddy had complete faith in) for managing his care not only during the last 6 years but also during his final days on earth along with all the staff that made sure he was comfortable and well taken care of. Thanks to Mrs. Geeta Rajpal, Drs. Garima Gupta, Mudit Gupta, Reetesh SR, V. K Jain, and the entire staff who took care of Daddy.
It is our go to hospital whenever we get sick. Their emergency ward is mostly what we get to experience. Every kind of facility is available here. Including OPD and IPD. All the tests are available in house as well. Nursery is also present for kids. They do maintain a proper hygienic environment with timely cleanings. There is a tiny shop deep inside the premises which is open only during the day. But you can get something to eat from outside shops (right at the gate). Parking is also available outside the gate (during the day it is 20/- and during the night it is free).

Good morning Dr.sir - when my father started practicing as an eye surgeon , being a doctor was considered to be a noble profession with an intention to serve the society & treat the patients irrespective of caste , creed , color & financial reptuaa & i m proud to state that TIRATHRAM SHAH CHARITABLE HOSPITAL stands totally apart from a massive crowd of hospitals fraternity who are completely focused on commercial aspect of there operations and have zero regard for patients with same fraternity like my father but at your hospital Dr. Jp Singh sir you lead by example & your team has fully inculcated that culture starting from front office to tpa to the doctors & the nursing staff who serve with warmth & care and we feel we are@ home... the respect & the care my father gets at your hospital is unparallel & would always been like that ... ms.komal , ms. Sonu sharma are outstanding operatives who serve with a smile and go out of the way to ensure a seamless experience provided for the treatment .. ms. Nidhi , ms. Rashmi & mr .Manoj at nursing station are fully cooperative & last but not the least , i m highly grateful to the team of doctors who attended my father DR. WASEEM ABBAS( oncology), DR. LOHIT ( gastro ) , DR. SUVEN ( ent) .. such doctors who have a noble soul are a rarity to find in this era... team tirathram is the best & would always be... Thanks n regards Amit arora S/o dr. Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my recent experience with Dr. Garima S. Gupta (Neurologist) at your hospital on 25th March. I visited the hospital with my wife, who was experiencing ear pain. We paid a consultation fee of ₹700. During the consultation, Dr. Gupta advised certain diagnostic tests costing approximately ₹5000. However, she clearly stated that she would only review the reports if the tests were conducted either at Tirath Ram Shah Hospital or at her personal clinic. When I requested whether the tests could be done at a reputed external laboratory and the reports shared with her (via CD or pen drive), she refused, stating that she does not have time to review such reports. This response was not only dismissive but also unprofessional. As patients, we expect unbiased medical advice and the freedom to choose where to conduct diagnostic tests. Denying consultation or review based on where the tests are conducted raises serious ethical concerns. Moreover, despite paying the consultation fee, we did not receive any meaningful medical guidance. I request the hospital administration to: Investigate this matter. Clarify hospital policy regarding external diagnostic reports. Take appropriate action to ensure patient rights and professional conduct are upheld. I hope you will take this complaint seriously and ensure that such experiences are not repeated for other patients.
