NEVER SEND YOUR DEAR ONES BODY IN THE MORTUARY HERE! My mother passed away last month and her body was kept at this hospital. But their freezer didn't work as the body was in a very bad state as bodily fluids were flowing out when it was taken out. When in normal circumstances it should be frozen solid.But it was not cold at all I had seen the temp on the machine was showing 16.5 C positive instead of negative. The body had already started decomposting and had bloated. We were not able to file a complaint at the time as we had to go do the last rights. BUT NEVER IN YOUR LIFE SEND YOUR LOVED ONES BODY TO THIS HOSPITAL.

I went to Tirath ram hospital, Dr. Garima Gupta was the most unprofessional doctor. Tirath Ram Hospital's reputation is being ruined by employing a doc like her. She did not even take a look at the problem I had, without checking she wrote tests! She was utterly rude to other patients as well, she is a money digger. Waste of money.

They are just another con artist hospital. I opted this hospital to avail TPA facility they charge 80k for cesarean delivery. They asked for 20000 for mother's file then 5000 for child upfront. Which they said it is refundable (it is not) made seprate file for child and mother and bill seprate room charges for both. When you ask questions they we are doing what we are asked to do. DO NOT GO THERE.

1.Very poor administration and management having a print out machine in one room they still want patients to go to reception and get photocopy and bring back to that room , 2. Another thing they are charging blood bank charges Rs.500 which adjustable if you need and non refundable if you don’t . No where it’s written it’s non refundable nor hospital T&C or any other norms . Better get everything in written before wasting hard earned money here . 3.Thirdly security guards behaving like you are time passing in place like hospital like seriously, Hospital should take care of people who visiting on trust of treatment and services otherwise it’s Delhi count it and visit lots of hospitals are in delhi already. 4. IN Night shift all nurses and doctors go to sleep wether patients needs anything or not they don’t care they just need to fulfill sleep in night and go to their shifts off in early morning Not recommended really disappointed should try some other health institutions and government should also look and inspect this type of situation in hospitals. If you have another option must try .

MS Vivek dutta has no sense to talk. I went him to fix serious issue in my private room. But he was not even intrested to listen. Vivek Dutta does not deserve MS rank of this hospital.

Naam ka charity Hospital hai. Charges Main bhut jayada hai. Ek choote se operation ka bill 350000 Bill bana Dene hai ,charge per Charge lagana hai en logo ko . Hospital Manager se baat ki lakin ek ruppe bhi Kam nahi Kiya aur jo rogi k sath rahte hai unke liye koi bhi suvida nahi hai. Government ko es taraf bhi dhyan Dena chahiye.

Dr. Kumar Saurav (Urology) is the best doctor . Very polite behaviour and listens to the patients problems and treated well.

Very bad experience. They take a deposit even if you have cashless insurance policy. Then they promise to return back within 2 to 3 days but don't return that for about a week.

Bahut jada bekar hospital, duty doctors ka attitude hi khatam nhi hota, doctors ka nature alag hi level pta nhi kis baat ka attitude h, na hi bolne ki tameez h pta nhi khud ko kya hi smjh rhe h. Doctors team ka behaviour hadd se vaahiyaat h wo chahe bde doctors ho ya chhote

Parking service bahut bekar h or parking boy ko baat karne ki bilkul b tamij nhi h hmara patient sick h lekin usko paise chaiye koi facility nhi h
