My name is money and I am from Rohini Sector 23 I had a very good experience with Dr Rajni Gupta Hospital I came here with my wife for the consultation and for the treatment she was suffering for the last few months nobody was able to treat her but when I visited this Hospital Dr Rajni mam give me a very good advice and the treatment protocol so and my wife is completely all right right now all my thanks to Dr Rajni Gupta Mam and the team the orthopaedic team Dr Rakesh Gupta Sir doctor Vinay sir Dr Vipin sir medicine department pediatricians physiotherapy and rehabilitation teams are very awesome they care the patient very gently speaks very softly and treat in the very best way I will definitely recommend the hospital you must you must visit there and get your treatment

I would like to respectfully bring to your notice the inconvenience I experienced during my recent visits for an ultrasound. On 21/02/2026 at around 2:15 PM, I visited the hospital, but the ultrasound lab was closed. The reception staff informed me that the ultrasound timing is Monday to Saturday evening from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM. Based on the information provided, I visited again accordingly. However, the lab was again closed. When I spoke to the reception team, I was asked to come at 6:00 PM and informed that the doctor may not be available for long. I also mentioned that if patients are expected to come at 6:00 PM and wait, then the timing displayed on the board should clearly reflect the exact operational hours. I was advised to speak directly with the doctor regarding this matter. I fully respect the doctor’s schedule and understand that medical professionals have busy routines. However, patients plan their visits based on the information given at reception. Therefore, I kindly request the hospital administration to ensure clear communication of accurate timings and proper coordination to avoid inconvenience in the future.

I would strongly advise not choosing this hospital for delivery services. My experience with Dr. Rajni was one of the worst I have ever had with any medical professional. She was extremely rude, arrogant, and lacked even basic courtesy while speaking to patients. At a time when expecting mothers need support, reassurance, and compassion, her behavior was completely unacceptable. What was even more disappointing was the insensitive way she spoke about my child. No parent should have to listen to such remarks from a doctor. Instead of providing comfort and guidance, she made the entire experience stressful and upsetting. The overall patient care was far below expectations, and I genuinely felt more respected in government healthcare facilities than I did here. A doctor’s responsibility is not only to provide medical treatment but also to treat patients with dignity and empathy—qualities that were sadly missing in this case. I will never return to this hospital and would not recommend it to anyone looking for maternity care. There are far better doctors and hospitals that know how to treat patients with the respect they deserve.

I visited Dr (Rajni Gupta) Hospital Budh Vihar. It was my first experience over there and the staff of the hospital and the main doctor. Dr (Rajni Gupta) Hospital Dr mam was awesome and was very careful and very supportive for for us it we had a great experience and all nursing staff and all the staff, especially the physiotherapy and rehabilitation department was super very good infrastructure and all very latest tech technologies were used there. I will definitely recommend Dr (Rajni Gupta) and Rajiv Ji water rehabilitation services you please must visit their ones and take the experience, so it was nice, superb and the awesome, and we are very happy. We got a baby over here with normal delivery and the services offered by the hospital by the doctor. (Rajni Gupta) mam was awesome and the physiotherapy which was provided postnatal care was really very effective and my wife became very much active. Just in a few days. It was never seen in any hospitals so I will definitely recommend just visit Dr (Rajni Gupta) hospital. Thank you very much five Star
