I had an dental appointment scheduled for 11:00 am and arrived 15 minutes early, yet I had to wait for over 90 minutes. Patients were being called in without any clear order, making the experience frustrating. What’s more disappointing is that despite having my contact details, the clinic did not inform me about the delay or offer to reschedule. While I understand that unforeseen situations can arise, better scheduling, communication, and respect for patients’ time would improve the experience significantly.
