Good hospital. Local nursing home at shahdara area. Staff is good and polite . Most of the general medical facilities are avilable here like x-rays and Laboratory tests etc. Doctors are also very good here but its a bit expensive. Registration charges are not justified. Elsewhere its good local nursing home in this area...............

This is what they did for my niece . She was suffering from fever and doctor suggested to get the blood test done, one of the staff Deepika who incorrectly taken blood from wrong vein now my niece had to admitted not because of fever but for CRP which crossed 132 ideally which was normal around 1.1 when we taken her to the hospital initially. All expense, medicine charges occurred only because of her mistake which she not even admitted that it was her mistake. My niece suffering all these pain because of this pathetic hospital and care less staff. I would suggest don’t go there they will charge you higher money around 4-5 k per night bed charges, high medicine charges. There is no liability of us to pay for her neglect behaviour and action. All charges should be borne by hospital staff and Deepika not by us. They hav mosquito , rat , spiders in patient ward, that is emergency and kids ward. Can you believe this is at centre location of east Delhi which generally people refer for immediate help, this hospital is pathetic than govt dispensaries. @Ministry of Health @human rights organisations pls take corrective actions, #doctorPankaj Kumar Singh pls sir assign someone for taking right actions

I am extremely thankful to the nurses, sisters and all the staffs of Jyoti Clinic & Nursing Home. It was their honest effort,support and cooperation that caused the smooth and easy delivery of my wife. I am sincerely grateful to Doctor Archana Midhas who treated my wife with a motherly touch that is a real sign of a doctor brimming with ethics, morality and good conduct. On the recommendation of a relative of mine We had been consulting with Dr. Archana Midhas since my wife was diagnosed with conception. She is the real force in the whole process, from conception till the successful delivery of a baby boy by my wife. She is greatly responsible for the non-cesarean delivery of my wife. In the conclusion let me express my heartfelt gratitude to the whole team of Jyoti Clinic & Nursing Home for their friendly services and good behaviour with the patients and their visitors. Highly recommended especially for those having their first baby. 1. Archana Chodhary is the best gynaecologist. 2. The staff here is very nice and cooperative. 3. You will get all the facilities under one roof. You do not have to go out anywhere to get the medicines, also birth certificate of your child. 4. Cleanliness is taken care of a lot here. 5. They have tieups from many leading insurance company so that you are also provided with the facility of cashless. At last I would like to thank all the staff who took care of my wife and my child Night.

Writing 🚨 Worst Experience at Jyoti Nursing Home 🚨 10 April ko humne Jyoti Nursing Home me ultrasound karwaya tha. Clear bola tha ki lower abdomen aur upper abdomen ka ultrasound karna hai, lekin unhone apni marzi se TVS ultrasound kar diya. Baad me bola gaya ki TVS bhi karna padega aur charges badhenge – humne agree bhi kar liya. Lekin shocking baat ye hai ki ₹1400 lene ke baad sirf TVS ki hi report di gayi, jo humne primary test ke liye bola hi nahi tha. Jab dubara clarification ke liye gaye, to staff aur doctor ne sirf excuses diye, koi proper solution nahi diya. 👉 Ye clearly miscommunication nahi, balki patients ko confuse karke extra paise lene ka tareeka lagta hai. 👉 Professionalism aur transparency bilkul missing hai. 👉 Patients ke trust ka misuse ho raha hai. ❌ Highly NOT recommended ⚠️ Apna time aur paise waste mat karo yahan

Very poor service bhul ke bhi mat jana bekar hai bahut staff ka behaviour bahut ganda hai ese bat karte hai jaise govt hospital me karte hai or sabhi badi kami ye hai ki yha per yadi card se payment karne per 2% extra mangte hai yha per cash ya upi hai chalta hai ye. had an amazing experience staying here. The resort is very clean, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. The staff is extremely polite and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms were comfortable and well organized. Perfect place to relax and enjoy quality time. Highly recommended!
