Expensive consultation, given 7-8 medicine for viral fever with expensive medicine and after three days situation is the same.bad experience

On 6.2.2023, I faced an accident of motorcycle because of dog on NH24, India and during that I broken my right hand humerus bone with dislocation of shoulder ball. On 9.2.2023, I operated my surgery with implant 3 metal plates with 8 screws. After surgery, my hand and shoulder was not working then I go to Physiotherapy at Jyoti Clinic and Nursing Home, East Jyoti Nagar, Loni Road, Shahdara, Delhi-110093, India. There is Dr. Nikita Gupta, who give me one month session of physiotherapy. After that I recovered more than 90-95%. In my opinion, it is one of very good Nursing Home in Shahdara area, Delhi, India.

If you are going for physiotherapy Then make sure the qualification of the therapist because only one physiotherapist with two illiterate girl who haven't knowledge of abcd of physiotherapy so please be care full for taking therapy. I visited for physician but the physician was not good andnhe write so many unnecessary medicine to earn more money from the medical store which was in the hospital.......

Good staff, very supportive receptionist, good doctor. Overall fair enough. Apart from this I will write review regarding the surgery after some time.

Jyoti clinic and nursing home is very good hospital with the low rate and Archana Chaudhary mam nature is too good. Including with the nursing staff and TPA staff Nancy madam is very good nature and supportive. Thanks

Waiting time too much. Not suggest any one. Staff not cooperative. Five star rating giving by its staff in below. Beside Jyoti nursing home, East Delhi hospital is much more better

I had recently visited this hospital to show my wife for pregnancy related sickness as this hospital is near to my resident. When I get inside the hospital I remembered the poorly managed Gov hospital, however, I ignored and proceeded for an appointment. The Person taking request for appointment rude and demanding exact cash for doc fee. Once he gets the fee he gives us a yellow paper and writes your q number, he didn’t tell which room to go and he disappeared left us waiting. Finally, once he was back we asked which room to go, he guided to one room which already filled with patients. My wife went inside to meet the female doctor and told her condition. The lady doc without asking anything or touching my wife take out one booklet and wrote few medicines and asked her to go. Once, my wife came out she narrated the full story and told she doesn’t trust this doc and she has to go another. I scrapped the prescription book and came home as it was already late. The next day we have to visit another doctor. Guys, this is one of the worst hospitals I’ve been to. I think gov hospital are in much better shape and quality of consultation. I would not suggest you waste your precious time and energy with this hospital.
