I would like to take an opportunity to say special thanks to Dr. SUSHMA & Dr. AARUSHI... I have had a wonderful pregnancy journey since January 2021 when I visited Shubham Hospital for the first time. Great Hospital, wonderful and warm experience from start to finish. Was referred over by my Husband's friend and can see why. Both Dr.Sushma and Dr.Aarushi are terrific, Knowledgeable, informative. I immediately felt at ease and felt confident in my receiving expert medical care. I would also like to thank the entire staff of Shubham Hospital. They are great too. I Have had a great experience even after delivery, the staff and doctors were available round the clock. Special thanks to Dr. AARUSHI for being available on WhatsApp and guiding me on call and messages at times during the second wave of Covid Special thanks to Dr. SUSHMA for Normal Delivery. At one point of time I had almost given up due to pain and insisted to go for C-sec, but it was Dr.Sushma's who encouraged me for Normal delivery and I gave birth to a healthy baby boy. Thanks to Dr. MC Gupta pediatrician also for his proper guidance, care and availability wherever required. I Appreciate all the Nursing Staff and House keeping staff. They are the stars. They were available round the clock and always greet with the smile even if you call them at wee hours. I have so much to say, but dont have words to express my gratitude. Dr. Sushma is a wonderful doctor. I have had both my babies delivered naturally. The best part is that she encourages you for normal delivery. She is always a call away if you want any urgent advice regarding your health. The staff has been equally wonderful during both my deliveries.

Shubham hospital located in Kalkaji has been a memorable experience for me. For normal delivery this is the place I will suggest. The doctors- Dr Sushma Aggarwal and Dr Arushi Aggarwal both have been a blessing in disguise. I visited the doctors amidst the COVID-19 scare when I was 6 weeks pregnant but I was content to see that this place maintained the safety and precautions needed. Ever since then till my delivery I visited both the doctors on a regular basis. The best part about the doctors is that they are available 24x7 for any query and they have the patients' names saved on their phones, so they would even call back if need be. There were no unnecessary ultrasounds apart from the ones required. Following their advice properly led to an easy pregnancy and a normal delivery. The hospital provides decent accommodation with spacious rooms having neat and clean bathrooms. The nurses and other staff at the hospital will make you feel like home, especially Maryama who was there right from the first trimester till the day I was discharged. She was the one who was there beside me throughout my labor pain and post delivery even helped me to breastfeed my baby. The remarkable Sheela aunty is the one who would come every morning to give you a hot sitz bath which helps to heal the stitches and even gives your baby a hot water bath. The charges are nominal compared to the services provided here. I was awestruck to see that post delivery, to get in touch with the hospital for changes in birth certificate or settling of insurance claims was hassle-free as Dr Arushi herself took the case and got everything sorted, honestly we didn't even have to follow up. So, here doctors remember their patients even post delivery. Therefore, I would recommend this hospital and moreover both my the doctors who are humble and know their job the best. Dr Sushma Agarwal and Dr Arushi Agarwal are competent and skilled doctors. They comfort you in every possible way and ensure that you deliver safely and normally. My major concern was normal delivery and I know how hard both the doctors worked for that and made it a success by the grace of Almighty. The nurses are very supportive and they look after you during labor with empathy and help you even after that. I am glad I was recommended this hospital and I chose it to bring my baby in this world. The hospital is tidy and doesn't charge you unnecessarily, nor do they blindly go for test after test. Very reasonable and honest, as per my experience. Grateful to both the doctors, their entire team and their nursing staff as well.

How do I start.. During COVID times we needed a hospital who was near to our house and also safe and we found shubham hospital which was just 5 mins away.. We met Dr shushma and Dr aarushi and after the first visit we knew that this is the hospital where our baby will be born.. Each and every follow up and checks up were very easy and we were informed and guided with every stage. My wife was very comfortable in sharing everything with doctors and her team.. Shubham hospital will give you a good experience of your pre parenting period and you will love it.. Our baby was born in the month of April 2022. Lovely Team and Friendly Doctors and Nurses.. Highly recommended...

I have never seen such a dirty hospital, and the nurse staff and lab staff don't seem to know how to do any work, they don't know how to take blood sample of my patient, neither do they know how to put a cannula, and neither do they have a tourniquet to hold the hand, two staff come, one holds the hand, the other puts the blood sample or cannula, nothing happens properly, and the night nursing staff don't even know how to talk, these people pricked my patient with needles many times, my patient was so scared that he got the cannula inserted from outside, and then the night staff started threatening us that if we give you a heavy injection then you can't do anything to us , this staff was threatening us and they did not even tell us that they have stopped giving injection to our patient, very poor service and uneducated staff.. I never referred any patient to this hospital..

My Most Honest Review: Made my first ever pregnancy journey my most wonderful experience. :) My first few initial visits with my first pregnancy, I was a bit sceptical about the treatment of both the doctors (Dr Shushma and Dr Aarushi). The reason for my scepticism: a) No sugarcoated talk, just a straightforward discussion of a possible scenario. b) No multiple/extra medication or tests, just asked me to be on a normal diet. c) Whenever I complain about minor pregnancy complications, they tell me to just relax and take home remedies. But later, I understood that it was their experience talking, as I had a normal delivery and to not only mine but my family’s surprise, it was super smooth and easy. The doctors gave me immense confidence, support and apt advice. The staff were extremely helpful. I am glad and happy we happened to visit there for my pregnancy.

My experience was truly amazing. I will highly recommend Dr Aarushi and Dr Sushma Mam! They were so helpful and supportive and made my journey so smooth! Also thanks to all the nursing staff and one aunty i didn't remember her name helped me so much and made everything easy for me!

I am writing this review for confused parents who are checking out every possible options for best gynecologist and a hospital where they should go to have thier baby. Once you visit shubham hospital, from day one you feel the difference, the personal touch you search for in a doctor. My wife delivered our baby last week and I feel we were blessed that we were in good hand of Dr. Sushma and Dr. Arushi. They kept constant tab for 16 hours, I am mentioning time just to highlight that, both doctors motivated us to wait and made my wife's wish to have normal delivery possible. Post delivered care of mother and infant care is also very good my baby was in care for one day, nursing as well as other staff is very experienced, caring and understanding. If you have any questions without a doubt I would suggest to visit and feel the difference.

Thanks a lot Dr Sushma and Dr Arushi. They are the best doctors . I went throughout my maternity span from here.I had normal delivery. I was never expecting it but doctors are too good. They have the best medical team. Staffs are very polite and co-operative. Hospital also very hygenic . I will recommend all my friends to go to this hospital only .Awesome hospital and services.
