Worst experience at this hospital ever. Today’s incident (16-11-2023), Took my infant daughter for getting first aid for a wound. Paediatrician refused to even look at the wound and provide any treatment. He said it is near to eye so asked to contact a surgeon for a minor scratch directly. He should have first taken a look properly, cleaned the wound and if needed should have suggested to further take evaluation from a surgeon if necessary. His response was he won’t be tell what kind of injury is this. No treatment given. We then had to rush to Moolchand hospital. They looked at the wound, said it’s just a minor scratch. Cleaned it and sent us home assuring there is nothing to worry about which was correct also. My daughter has been playful after returning home. Refusing the treatment is the worse thing a hospital can do at an emergency care. Emergency care is normally created to handle emergencies and not about sending back patients without even looking properly. Spring meadows/Daffodils (whatever you name it) hospital need to hire good reliable doctors. I am not naming the doctor publicly but you can check which paediatrician was on duty on today’s date. Please be cautious before visiting this hospital.

Outstanding services of this hospital. Got my wife delivery done here. Nursing staff really knows how to take care of mother who has given birth to a baby. You don't need to call them for anything in other hospital attendance run after the nursing staff. Super execllent chief, food served to patients is extremly tasty. There is not a single day as attendant I had to order food from somewhere else opted to have it from hospital canteen itself.

Very caring and gentle staff, prompt and quick in rendering the service. Human touch is the bottom line. I must compliment the team and wish they ever remain the same.

Had a great experience in delivering my first child through c section Dr Santosh dhar has been great support system throughout my pregnancy.staff was good and cooperative but there is a lack of commitment.

Room no 1004 Dr. Swati Rai ma'am Dr. Swati ma'am is a very brilliant doctor...and all the doctors, nurses and staff members of the hospital are very good, they treated the mother and baby very well. Thank you so much ma'am and Artemis members.

I stayed in room 103 where i was treated by Dr. Indu tandon. I had a very nice experience. House keeping staff Shakuntala was helping and humble. She helped me in lots of things and kept the bedsheets clean and tidy.

We selected this hospital for my wife's D&C procedure but the decision turned out to be a bad one. Nurses, attendants, cleanliness, food is not a problem, however, the billing procedure is not transparent. Despite having a corporate policy I've to pay 50% of the total bill out of my own pocket. Every hospital displays the room charges very prominently but this hospital hides it. They also don't care to share estimate of cost of the treatment with the patient. When the paper work started I've clearly told the executive (Geeta) that there is a room cap of 5k in my policy and room should be given accordingly but still they allocated expensive room without intimating the cost of the same. This is not the end of the story, they even charged 1500 as doctor's surgery cost (which hospital is supposed to pay to visiting doctors) without giving any receipt and charged 800 for doctor's visit on the day of the discharge when no doctor visited. Very disappointed, I don't recommend this hospital to anyone. Beware.

Overpriced for no reason. They have broken down every single item in billing like giving injection, dressing etc separately from consultancy and medicine charges. And the dressing they did was very bad, had to take it out within an hour. Staff is well behaved and nice.
