The fees for administering a simple injection is higher than most hospitals. That too when you get the injection and the syringe yourself. They charge 5 times the amount for a syringe if you purchase it in the hospital as opposed to buying it from a regular chemist. They take minimum 20 mins to give you one bill. The only saving grace and the reason for giving 2 stars instead of 1, are the 3 nurses who are very kind and gentle with administering the injection.

Worst hospital in South Delhi , over priced services and very rude staff . Despite changing it's name so many times , they are still not able to improve their services and medical care at all . Renaming or changing your identity won't make you a better hospital . Better options available like Apollo or Medanta . They only had some decent doctors in the past , but now they're also leaving it , maybe after realizing the bitter truth .
