But once admitted, she did not come to check on the patient, even though the condition was critical. Other doctors at the hospital even suggested shifting the patient to another facility. We did not receive any call, update, or guidance from her during this critical period. There was no clear explanation of the condition, no discussion of alternatives, poor coordination, and incomplete communication. Staff support was also not satisfactory, and our concerns were not properly addressed. Overall, we felt confused, helpless, and unsupported at a time when we needed clarity the most.
