First time in my life I experienced that doctor is not concern of a patient. First she says patient is in high risk she should admit very soon it can be risk patient life is in danger as soon as possible go for surgery then the patient got admit in cloudnine as per her guidance then she did not turn up in the hospital and she left the patient in critical situation wanted to add cloudnine other doctors also request family members to shift patient from cloudnine to another hospital in critical situation.. she did not even call once about the patient well being. She has a zero heart. Not at all concern only misguiding. Please search for better doctor it's my request to all. Very bad experience. I pray that no body goes throughout the pain which I have gone through. Please be careful while choosing a doctor go for experience doctor. Please friends. Thank you for your response, doctor. However, we would like to clarify our concerns from a patient’s family perspective. In the OPD, we were told that the situation was high risk and that urgent admission and possible surgery were required. This naturally created fear and panic for us as a family. Based on that advice, we proceeded with admission to Cloudnine Hospital. Later, we were informed about the very high TSH levels and that the patient was unfit for anesthesia. This added to our confusion and emotional stress. We feel that such critical parameters could have been thoroughly evaluated before suggesting urgent surgical admission. We were also extremely concerned to learn that ICU facilities were not available there. If ICU support was potentially required, we believe this factor should have been considered before recommending admission to that hospital. Additionally, the doctor did not physically visit the hospital during this critical time. Being “on call” throughout the night, in our view, was not sufficient given the seriousness of the situation. As family members, we expected a direct presence and more hands-on involvement. When other doctors suggested shifting to a higher center, it further increased our anxiety and made the situation feel even more critical. While we understand that medical decisions can change based on reports and evolving conditions, the way this situation unfolded left us feeling distressed, confused, and unsupported. Our review reflects the emotional trauma and uncertainty we experienced. We respect the medical profession, but we also believe that clearer communication, better coordination, and stronger on-ground involvement are essential in high-risk cases. This review I am posting is only for the patient what I went through I don't want anyone to suffer which I am still suffering. I guess doctor should not be confused while taking decision at high risk she should be clear in her approach that's all. If patient family will decide then what is the need of doctor for consultation?? Thank you for your concern doctor via phone but one thing I know God is there he will solve my problem one day.
