Nice hospitality services with very humble and supportive staff. Special thanks to the IPD reception desk and Archana Soni ma’am for smoothly handling my mediclaim queries and streamlining the surgery process. Overall, a very good experience.

I had a very good experience at the hospital. The doctors and staff were polite and helpful. The IPD staff was especially very supportive and made the whole process easy and smooth. Everyone was friendly and cooperative, and I really appreciated their help.

If possible I would have given negative stars but I have to compromise. Things wrong with Aastha Hospital: 1. Senior reception staff is very rude and inconsiderate. They first assigned us a room to stay and then at 12am in the morning asked us to vacate it for another patient. 2. ICU is a joke. No hygiene, doctors are fooling around with other staff. Extremely loud. Not a place for your loved ones to recover after surgery. 3. Nurses are a bigger joke. They dont even know how to administer a nebulizer. Equipments barely work. And even though you will be charged for resident nurse and resident doctors. They will barely show their face. And are VERY LATE to respond. My request- Aastha Hospital se accha h aap sarkari hospital mein jao, staff and care vaisi hi milni h... atleast paise kam lagenge. Update- Apparently hospital doesnt have my name in records, since I had signed as attendent for my father, Banwari Lal, who got Radical Cholecsytectomy performed there and was admitted for 3 days. Hope that helps.

We are so grateful to Aastha hospital for the wonderful care given to our daughter. The doctors were attentive, the nurses were kind, and the staff made us feel supported throughout her treatment. I had a very disappointing and heartbreaking experience at Aastha Hospital under the supervision of Dr. Jain & His Jr. Doctor's I admitted my wife (Amrita Pandey Admmit date 20.10.2024 , & Death Date 23.10.2024) to the Emergency Ward after she was diagnosed with dengue. After two days of treatment, Dr. Jain informed me one night that her condition had become critical and that she needed to be shifted to the ICU. At that time, I clearly informed him that my wife had a history of asthma and thyroid disease. Dr. Jain also instructed his junior doctor to ensure that her asthma and thyroid conditions were treated along with her dengue. However, based on my experience and my understanding of the treatment she received, I do not believe her asthma and thyroid conditions were adequately managed. Approximately six hours after she was shifted to the ICU, I was informed that my wife had passed away due to a heart attack. This was an unimaginable shock for me and my family. After her death, I discussed the case with Dr. Jain and also consulted another doctor, sharing my wife's medical records. Based on those discussions, I was informed that her asthma and thyroid conditions did not appear to have been adequately treated during her hospitalization. This has raised serious concerns for me about the quality of care she received. Losing my wife has been an irreparable loss, and I am sharing my experience so that others can make informed decisions. In my personal opinion, the level of care and attention provided during this critical period did not meet my expectations. This review reflects my personal experience and the concerns I have regarding the treatment my wife received at Aastha Hospital.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We welcomed our baby at Astha Hospital, and we are grateful to the doctors and medical staff for their support during this special moment in our lives. The doctors guided us throughout the delivery process and helped us understand each step. The staff was supportive during a very emotional time for our family. Thank you to the entire team for taking care of my wife and our newborn baby. We truly appreciate your efforts and wish the hospital team all the best!
