It's a hospital but feel like home every one is caring and supportive, few things need to improve but it's a best hospital for children, you will be mentally free once visit here

I had a very pleasant experience at the hospital, thanks to Ms. bhoomika. She was extremely polite, patient, and helpful throughout the process. She guided me clearly, handled everything efficiently, and made the overall experience smooth and stress-free. Truly appreciate her professionalism and positive attitude.

We got delivered our baby from Aastha Hospital, this month with Dr. Geeta Jain, who is an exceptional doctor—cool, soft-spoken, patient, and thorough in addressing all questions. The housekeeping staff like Ms. Pooja, who went the extra mile, to the amazing nursing team. That level of hospitality is amazing.

Traumatized by this hospital NICU experience. I admitted my 5 days old baby for phototherapy. She had a slightly high jaundice. It was a very pathetic hospital. They were not letting us meet our baby. Whenever we asked to see her, a nurse would first go inside and then call us after 10 minutes. We don't feel like they even kept our baby under the phototherapy lights for 36 hours because the jaundice level reduced very slightly, whereas all the doctors were saying it would come down below 10. They made us buy 10 different things that were of no use, and they charged a massive bill by adding a fee for every single visit and phone call to doctor. They even asked us to buy cotton and doctor gloves. When we went to get the baby discharged, they made us run around making excuses about the documents and pending approvals, and after about 6 hours, we got the baby discharged forcefully. All happened even after full payment of the bill. Very worse experience... Please i request don't admit your newborns in this hospital..as a new mother i was depressed by there behaviour.. they have no human feeling. The reception staff was very rude and hospital staff were very unprofessional. Please don't go there with your newborns....

Dr. Annu Sidana at Astha Hospital is very kind, professional, and provides excellent treatment to patients. The doctor listens carefully and explains everything in a very clear and simple way. The nurses are very caring, supportive, and always ready to help patients. The staff behavior is polite and respectful to everyone. The hospital environment is very clean and well maintained. The facilities provided at Astha Hospital are very good and comfortable for patients. Patients receive quick and proper treatment without unnecessary delay. Overall, my experience was very good and I highly recommend Astha Hospital.
