I was getting treated under Dr Savita since 3 months and I had a wonderful experience. The doctor ls here are really nice and polite,they really understands patients problem. I would really recommend my other friend and relatives to consult her.

I have been visiting this hospital for a long time and have had a mixed experience overall. However, I have always been satisfied with the treatment and services provided by the doctors and staff. Unfortunately, my experience this time with the TPA department was extremely disappointing. The required documents were not shared with the insurance company in a timely manner. When I enquired at around 2:30 PM, I was informed that the documents were only being sent for approval at that time, which was far too late and caused an unnecessary delay. To make matters worse, once the final approval was received, there was no one available to complete the discharge process, and I was asked to wait for another hour. This level of delay and lack of coordination is completely unacceptable, especially when patients and their families are already under stress. I sincerely request the hospital management to look into this issue and improve the efficiency of the TPA department to ensure that other patients do not face similar inconvenience.

This hospital provides one of the worst medical experiences I have ever encountered. The doctors, especially in the gynecology department, appear highly unprofessional and poorly trained. Instead of providing proper care, they seem careless about the patients’ health and wellbeing. My experience with Dr. Sabharwal was extremely disappointing and damaging. Due to their negligence and lack of proper treatment, my condition worsened and now I have to undergo another surgery. It feels as if patient lives are treated casually here, with little accountability. The hospital management seems more focused on making money rather than ensuring quality medical care. I strongly advise others to think carefully before trusting this hospital with their health. My experience has been deeply distressing and life-altering.

I had a very good experience at this hospital. The facilities were excellent, and everything was clean and well organized. The doctors were kind, professional, and very helpful. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the treatment. The staff was also polite and supportive. The hospital staff provides excellent care and behavior is very good. However, patients using TPA/insurance should be cautious with excessive billing. The hospital charges significantly higher rates than the provided TPA/insurance rate lists, and adds hidden fees (such as dietitian and other unannounced visits) that are not disclosed during admission and only appear at discharge. These undisclosed charges can inflate the total bill by approximately 25%. It is highly recommended to keep an attendant with the patient at all times to monitor and question these charges before making payments

The healthcare services provided by Jeewan Hospital Gate No 1 were exceptional. The doctors were highly thorough and articulate in explaining the treatment plan, while the nursing staff of 3rd floor of hospital delivered attentive, proactive care.
