I had a very good experience with ophthalmology department with Dr brijlata singh...she's very polite and down to earth. She explain everything very calmly and listen to your problem. Other staff Raj mam and Mr himanshu are very nice and humble. I'm coming to this hospital from 1980 Please do visit eye department.

I had a great experience with Dietitian Ikra Mirza at Jeevan Hospital, Gate No. 01, Ashram, New Delhi. She listened to my concerns very patiently and understood my busy routine as a PhD scholar. I had a very good experience at this hospital. The doctors, nursing staff and support staff were professional, caring and attentive throughout my stay. They ensured I was well looked after and answered my concerns with patience. I would especially like to thank Nurse Anupama for her exceptional care. She was incredibly kind, compassionate, and always ready to help with a smile. Her calm and reassuring nature made a difficult hospital stay much more comfortable. She truly went above and beyond in caring for me.

Jeewan Hospital is a complete fraud. Do not get admitted here even by mistake. They are only interested in creating bills. Before admission, they only ask if you are on a panel and what your insurance amount is. They allot a room without consulting you. They will keep a patient for 3 to 4 days forcibly by claiming some illness. Even if you are healthy, they will scare you into getting CT scans, endoscopies, and other unnecessary tests. At the time of discharge, they create complications and provide a very long bill. When questioned, they claim the charges are for tests or the room, yet they never inform anyone about the room charges before admission, which is their duty. It is a fraud hospital. The duty doctors were very friendly, approachable, and explained everything clearly. The senior doctors were highly experienced, supportive, and provided outstanding medical care. The entire staff treated patients with kindness and respect making the whole experience comfortable and reassuring. I truly appreciate the dedication and teamwork of everyone at the hospital. Overall good experience with fast recoveryI visited this hospital recently. The medical team and supporting staff are polite and professional. My only issue was that it took a bit long to diagnose my core problem and get it heard. But as soon as the treatment began, I felt much better in just two days. The hospital is nice
