Our surgery was performed by Dr. Minoo Fazilat and her team for hydrosalpinx and associated problems very superbly and cooperatively. The hospital is calm and clean better than a 5 star hotel. The staff all together adds beauty to this place.
The worst hospital. On 18th August 2022,around 10pm my 10 month old had 103.4 Fever. I rushed to Phoenix hospital. First the RMO came after 10minutes then she asked me to move out for not wearing mask ignoring the emergency. Then she called the doctor asked her medicine and asked the nurse to give injection to my 10month old for fever. The nurse took 15 -20minutes just to bring the injection which she couldn't find in hospital. Meanwhile my 10month old baby stopped responding, started looking just at light nd when i shouted at the staff the nurse came and gave intervein but on prescription they didn't mention Intervein.. Instead mentioned through rectum. We were asked to wait and after 1 hour sh brought a thermometer which was not working properly and checked fever said it 99 4 and you my leave. When we reached home and checked it was 101. Tgen we rushed to Appolo craddle. It was a nightmare visiting this hospital at the time of emergency. Worst hospital, pathetic staff, no light was on.. No ac was working.
Doctors are very money minded. Focus more on making money than solving patients' problems. Dr. Urvashi Sehgal has no time for regular patients and she delegated them to the mercy of junior doctors who are not sufficiently experienced but charge the same fees!! Also they are so insecure that if ever you happen to consult Dr. Urvashi directly then they feel hurt and don't treat you properly at all!! I have never seen this kind of behavior anywhere else. Nobody should visit this hospital!
When you are taken to the Operation Theatre, there is a 100 year old battery bell constantly ringing the "gayatri mantra" in the most mechanical manner. The space is cold and unsafe. The doctor(s) does not even say a hello to you before you body is cut open for the operation. I have no clue on how much trauma they are creating for themselves and others.
Phoenix is a home in the real sense for any to be mother. It's not fancy or super luxury Instead it's personal. Be it the doctors or more importantly the excellent nursing staff even the reception would remember you by name. My wife felt so comfortable with everyone during the whole process from the day we got to know about our first one. For our second it was a no brainer because even after 4 years they remembered us like it was yesterday. I would recommend them for anyone who knows what they want.
I lost my unborn child here. Doctor here has literally no clue on what she is doing. She promised something and blamed it on fate when she did not do what she was asked to do. Also, she needs to work on her temper. I've seen her yelling in inhumane manner at her staff. If you care about your unborn child, please do yourself a favor and visit some other place for reduction. I hope I meet my child in heaven. Miss you beta.
Dr Urvashi Sehgal is an incredible doctor and by far one of the most talented physicians I have met. She got me through two pregnancies and she had an instinct that was enviable. The staff and supporting doctors as Phoenix are also without flaw. And now Zaazen , we have no doubt will add immense value!
The best you can get in Delhi. Dr Urvashi sehgal and her team of doctors are very professional and caring. All of them have a personal touch to you and your problems. Dr Urvashi is always smiling and calm and deals with patience. She answers all the questions one has patiently. The hospital is a birth friendly hospital and she makes sure that your birth preferences are followed. Special thanks to her ,Dr Rashmi, Dr Naila, Dr saila and the stuff who made my journey into motherhood possible and easy. She emphasises on having a normal delivery. Then comes Dr Deepak Sehgal. He is the best paediatrician one can get. He deals with the parents and the child very patiently and has a very good way of explaining things to confused new parents. Words are not enough to describe Dr Urvashi & Dr Deepak sehgal and the welfare they are doing. Thank you Team Phoenix for everything.
I was very skeptical about choosing my gynaecologist for the delivery of my baby,as we all are. Specially the time when we only here about c-section in India for no good reason. There I had a normal delivery and it became only possible because of Dr.urvashi and her team. I had also joined their pre natal yoga zaazen run by Jayati, not only did that help me to maintain my weight gain, flexibility check but also it helped me mentally, very relaxing and calming. We all Mama to be need that!! Thanks a lot Phoenix hospitals for making my childbirth a beautiful experience.
A hospital which is very hard to find fault with! all around great experience always from my wife's checkup till my daughter's birth. From the Ob-Gyn to the pediatrician everyone is absolutely amazing. Especially Dr.Urvashi, Calling her busy is an understatement. She's super busy as much as she's super DEDICATED & SUPER Zen-like-patient & calm(her greatest asset & a patients delight). Apart from her not having her kind of calm & experience same thing goes for her team of doctors & nurses. Dr. Urvashi is a doctor to emulate for every doctor-to-be & to have by your side. Their pantry makes the best, tastiest & healthy samosas, which probably saved my life while I was running around. Few things they can refine is 1. Put up an appointment availability graph/chart for Dr.urvashi online. 2. I'm not choosing another hospital or doctor for money-sakes but PLEASE get some tie-ups with more insurance carriers. 3. For Doctors & nurses & other staff have their food on time. 4. Reduce the waiting time for consultations with appointments.
