My experience with Holy Family Hospital has been truly comforting and reassuring. From the moment you step in, there’s a sense of care that goes beyond just medical treatment—it feels deeply human. The doctors are not only knowledgeable but also genuinely attentive, taking the time to listen and explain with patience. The nursing staff deserves special appreciation for their kindness and constant support, especially during stressful moments. Cleanliness and organization are clearly a priority, which adds to the overall feeling of safety. What stands out the most is the compassion that flows through every corner of the hospital, making patients and their families feel respected, understood, and cared for in the warmest possible way

Great service, great staff and affordable in price. My first choice when it comes to healthcare and hospital. These pictures are of my recent visit to the hospital, I went there with my mother and we are glad to see the day to day improvement in the hospital, when it comes to hospital cleanliness, important information, instructions and better treatment. Day by day its growing and making their services better. Highly recommend for all, it's my personal experience and my family's choice.

I had a very satisfactory experience with this hospital. My mother was admitted due to her surgery. Everything from the beginning to the end was so smooth and delightful. Dr. Rajive Sethi did an exceptional job handling my mother's surgery. The nurses and the supporting staff were so sweet spoken, kind and very helpful at all times. They handled everything professionally and with care.

Escorts Fortis Hospital is a clean and well-maintained hospital with good, supportive staff. The CRR3 unit deserves special appreciation for its professional care, attentive doctors, and cooperative nursing team. Overall, the experience is positive. The only concern—though not a major one—is that attendants are not allowed to stay with the patient, which can be inconvenient at times.

The staff was very polite with lovely behaviour, supportive, and very cooperative. Hospital was clean, hygienic, and well-maintained with good security hierarchy, with a comfortable environment for patients and families. Good nursing staff, smiling and helpful. Clean rooms. Food for the patients is good too. The canteen serves good dosas, menu prices are very reasonable but can do with an upgrade with additional contemporary menu choices.

My wife has been admitted to Holy Family Hospital since 20th April, and while there are some very good aspects of the hospital, there are also serious issues that need urgent attention. First, the positives — the gynecology team is excellent. Doctors like Dr Rubee Khattar, Dr Neha, and Dr Diksha are extremely cooperative, knowledgeable, and reassuring. They communicate clearly, understand the patient’s condition well, and are always willing to help. Dr Diksha, in particular, is frequently present in the labor room and readily available whenever needed, which is very comforting for families. The nursing staff is also commendable. They are caring, polite, and attentive. Nurses like Nurse Sangeeta and Nurse Naziya truly stand out for their kindness and support. Their attitude makes a big difference during a stressful time. However, the admission desk and PSU process are extremely disappointing and bring down the overall experience significantly. Communication at the admission desk is unclear, and staff often give vague or misleading information, such as promising quick bed allotment without any proper timeline. There have been repeated instances where bills are not provided, citing “server down,” which creates unnecessary confusion and stress. Today itself, within just 30 minutes, I witnessed multiple families getting frustrated — one was not given a bill, and another was waiting endlessly for a bed. I also saw a long queue of patient relatives standing helplessly at the admission desk, clearly reflecting poor management. Additionally, the security staff is overly strict, often not allowing relatives to meet patients even in reasonable situations. While rules are understandable, the approach lacks empathy. Overall, while the medical care (doctors and nurses) is very good, the administrative side — especially admissions — needs urgent improvement. For a private hospital, this level of mismanagement is concerning.

A big thank you to the entire team at Holy Family Hospital for taking such wonderful care of my wife during and after the delivery. The doctors, nurses, and support staff were kind, professional, and always supportive. They made us feel comfortable and ensured both my wife and our baby were well taken care of.
