Excellent doctors and emergency care. My father underwent a neurosurgical procedure a short while back, and we are incredibly grateful for the care he received. When we reached the hospital late at night, his condition was rapidly worsening and we had no idea what was wrong. The doctors in the emergency department, ICU, and neurosurgery team acted immediately. They were quick to diagnose the problem, perform the surgery, and guide us through every step with patience and reassurance. What was remarkable was not just their expertise, but also the urgency with which they treated him as well their strict adherence to hospital discipline. Thanks to their timely care and constant support, he is recovering well now. We cannot thank the entire team enough.
We had a 8 day stay at the hospital. The surgeon who did the surgery was very experienced. The hospital staff is also very diligent. Special mention to all the nurses and attendants who made my mother feel very comfortable. They are very friendly and keep the atmosphere very light.
I was recently admitted to Holy Family Hospital for ankle surgery following a fracture and dislocation, and I cannot say enough about the outstanding experience I had. From the moment I was wheeled in to the day I was discharged, every single person I encountered — and I mean every single one — made me feel like I was in the safest, most caring hands possible. The Doctors — My Pillars of Confidence Dr G.S. Tucker, Dr Maninder, Dr Abdhulla and Dr Bhawesh — where do I even begin? These three didn't just treat my injury; they treated me. Every concern, no matter how small or how late the hour, was met with patience, clarity, and reassurance. Dr Tucker's surgical expertise gave me confidence from day one, and the way Dr Maninder and Dr Bhawesh followed up consistently — checking in, explaining every step of recovery, answering my endless questions — made all the difference when you're lying in a hospital bed feeling vulnerable. They didn't just perform a procedure; they restored my trust that I was going to be absolutely fine. That kind of reassurance is priceless. A Special Thanks to Dr Abha Sharma, Head of Physio Dept 🌟 I want to reserve a very special mention for Dr Abha Sharma, whose constant care throughout my stay was nothing short of extraordinary. Dr Sharma was a steady, reassuring presence from start to finish — always checking in, always available, always going the extra mile to ensure I was comfortable and progressing well. Whether it was addressing a new concern, adjusting my recovery plan, or simply sitting by my bedside to explain what to expect next, she brought a level of dedication and personal attention that made me feel truly looked after. Dr Sharma, your warmth and commitment to your patients sets you apart — thank you for being such an integral part of my healing journey. The Nursing Dream Team If there's a gold standard for nursing care, this team at Holy Family sets it. Khalengphi, Diana, Rajjo, Kavita, Kranti, Durga, and Sanjana — I want to name each one of them because each one of them deserves to be named. They were by my bedside through every uncomfortable moment, every medication round, every middle-of-the-night call. But what truly set them apart wasn't just their clinical competence — it was their warmth. Their smiling faces first thing in the morning genuinely lifted my spirits. They cheered me up, they encouraged me, they celebrated small milestones with me. Sanjana checking if I was comfortable, Kavita's gentle reassurance, Durga's calm presence, Rajjo’s care and Kranti's quiet efficiency, Diana's attentiveness, Khalengphi's infectious energy — these aren't just nurses doing a job, these are people who truly care. I will carry their kindness with me long after my stitches heal. Housekeeping & Kitchen Staff — The Unsung Heroes I firmly believe that recovery isn't just about medicine — it's about your environment. The housekeeping team at Holy Family kept my room spotless at all times, often anticipating needs before I even voiced them. And the kitchen staff? I honestly wasn't expecting good food during a hospital stay (does anyone?), but I was pleasantly surprised. The meals were wholesome, timely, and genuinely enjoyable — a small but significant comfort when you're spending days in bed. The Culture That Ties It All Together What struck me most was the camaraderie among the entire team — doctors, nurses, ward staff, housekeeping, kitchen crew — everyone operated like a well-oiled, cheerful family. There was no hierarchy of care; everyone took ownership of my experience. You could see the mutual respect between team members, and that energy trickled down into how they treated patients. It made the entire experience feel seamless, coordinated, and — dare I say — almost pleasant for a hospital stay. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I cannot recommend Holy Family Hospital highly enough. If you or your loved ones ever need care, rest assured — you will be in the finest hands here. 🙏
My experiance with Holy Family hospital was very good. My daughter was admitted for fever. She was treated very well in the hospital. The Doctor and the staff were very nice and polite during the treatment.
Disappointed with my recent visit to Holy Family Hospital 👎. While we were happy with the prompt response and the initial level of care, the post-operation process was very poorly handled 🏥. Once the patient moved to the recovery room after surgery, we were forced to vacate our room with no immediate reassignment—a policy we were kept completely in the dark about during admission. Where is an attendant supposed to go with all the patient’s belongings and medical documents while waiting? Are we expected to stand in the hallway or outside the OT with everything on our head? No other hospital operates this way. I expect a response from the hospital administration on this 📉.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My experience with Holy Family was very good. The staff was polite and helpful, and the overall service was satisfactory. The environment was clean and well maintained. I appreciate their efforts and would recommend Holy Family to others.
Worst Management, wasted 2 hours of my precious time just waiting for an MRI queue. Got appointment for 08:15 am but Didn't even start at 09:34am, and I'm still waiting... Started at 11:10AM, after 3 hr of waiting...
One of the most disappointing and mentally exhausting hospital experiences we have ever faced. At a time when families expect care, clarity and humanity, this hospital made us feel like everything revolved around money. From the billing and TPA team to certain ICU staff and management processes, the overall experience felt extremely insensitive and poorly handled. The biggest concern was the lack of transparency in billing, medicines and repeated tests. Many charges felt unnecessary or unexplained, which completely broke our trust. Instead of feeling supported during a medical emergency, we constantly felt stressed, helpless and pressured. Patient families are already going through emotional trauma the least a hospital can offer is honesty, empathy and clear communication. Unfortunately, that was missing in our experience. My sincere advice to anyone visiting: please double-check every bill, medicine and test being advised. Ask questions, keep records and stay alert. Hospitals are meant to heal people, not make them feel like a transaction.
Nurse was very caring and attentive throughout my stay.Handled all procedures gently and explained everything clearly. Very polite and professional in communication. Always responded quickly whenever help was needed. Provided excellent care and kept me comfortable. Showed great patience and empathy.” Made me feel safe and well-taken care of. Thanks to all nurses who care my wife throughout delevery special thanks to Sangeeta Di.
