The medical treatment provided is excellent; however, the hospital staff creates a lot of unnecessary hassles at the time of discharge—citing issues like pending paperwork, a specific team having left for the day, or a doctor not having signed the documents—which ends up delaying the process by an extra two or three days.

Everything was handled with such professionalism, kindness, and attention, which made this special moment even more comfortable and memorable for us. Dr staff sab sahi hai but ye hospital hai or yah makhi machr ho rahke plz work on your cleaning Hum yah healthy hone aate hai bimar hone ni

Very bad experience while hospitalisation, if you say something against them, there staff tone change like gali ke gundy, very unhygienic, behaviours, bad language, washroom are very bad maintain in semi private room as well.

"doctor vikas choudhary" he is the worst worst doctor ever to exsist .. he has no experience in any surgical operations.. he is soo careless about his patients, never show up on time , doesn't give right doses or medicines..my daughter suffered so much under his guidance after he did the worst surgery of my daughter.. it was suppose to be a normal surgery but because of his carelessness he made her condition so bad so serious and after ruining the surgery he said and that he cannot do anything to save her now and backed off.. I swear if anyoneis reading thiscomment right then never take risk going to this unprofessional doctor who doesn't give damm about his patients, he is only there for money... Disgusting, iam so disgusted by this doctor vikas , I hate him our whole family hates him now

My 4 month baby needed Emergency care due to high fever, doctors and support did a fantastic job in neutralizing the situation. Thanks to all doctors and support staff for the best care and treatment... Food and cleanliness is also good...Highly recommend.

The availability of emergency services and neonatal care gave us confidence that both mother and baby were in safe hands throughout the process. The doctors were highly experienced and supportive. They explained every step clearly and handled the entire delivery process with great care and professionalism. The nursing staff and other workers were also very kind, attentive, and always ready to help, whether it was during labor or post-delivery care. The housekeeping staff ensured that cleanliness was maintained at all times, and the administrative procedures like admission and discharge were smooth and hassle-free. Overall, we are very satisfied with the services provided by the hospital.
