Worst hospital in the world no one cares you . People are talking on mobile in ICU , No doctor take cares , no nurses are here , Treatment is worst worst and worst They are charging 4000rs in general ward if you have mediclaim they will charge more money . They just want take money they didn't want to care at all , don't come here I recommend Apollo as well as best and the aiims they are good . Worst food worst facilities....

My grandmother was admitted there, and unfortunately the hospital administration showed their true picture—unfairness, lack of transparency and improper communication during admission, discharge, and billing, especially when it came to cash dealings. On the second day, when we raised concerns, they made false promises and misguided us. We did not have access to see the prescriptions or know what medicines were being given and when. In fact, we even caught them giving the wrong medicine to our patient. Several unnecessary charges were also added in the intial billing, especially under day count, special doctor visits and medicines. However, sincere thanks to Dr. Prince for treating my grandmother well and for his proper communication, support, and guidance throughout.

Maine allergy and sinus ki treatment dr Ayesha Goel ent specialist se li. Main 2-3 saal se pareshan tha and kahin se relief nahi lag raha tha. I am really thankful to her for helping me . Now i can breathe fine and can sleep peacefully. V caring, professional and humble doctor

"I recently had an experience at BM Gupta Hospital that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. While the doctors and nursing staff were excellent, the administrative team's lack of transparency and care was shocking. I was admitted on Oct 16th at 11:45 PM and discharged on Oct 19th. The admission process was rushed, with the staff pushing me to sign in before midnight without taking any advance payment or any payment . They charged me for a full day's stay despite being admitted for only 15 minutes. The real issue arose during discharge. I was charged an extra ₹5,000 for a short stay, which the staff claimed was "computer-generated." When I asked to discuss it, they were unhelpful. To add to the frustration, the doctor had instructed discharge at 9 AM, but it was delayed until 4 PM, resulting in additional charges. The hospital's focus seems to be on making money rather than providing quality care. I hope the management takes feedback seriously and improves its administrative processes.
