I was admitted here, staff was cooperative, bathroom was cleaned everyday, my bedsheets were changed everyday.

I did a sputum culture test at BM Gupta Hospital as per the lab senior's instructions. They told us the report would be ready in 3–4 days. But even after 4 days, we visited the hospital twice, and each time they said the report was not available. On the third visit, the lab staff called someone from their team, and after talking to them, they quickly created a "fresh" report within just 2–4 minutes — based on an earlier report which was already negative. This is not acceptable, especially when the patient's condition is serious. If something goes wrong due to such careless reporting, we are ready to file an FIR. Very poor lab service. Not trustworthy. I strongly recommend getting your tests done from another hospital or lab.

I have been visiting BM Gupta hospital only because of Dr. Yogesh who is very experienced physiotherapist. I was unable to walk and sit earlier when disc bulge occurred in my lower back but after attending 10-11 physiotherapy sessions of Dr. Yogesh, lower back pain has reduced by almost by 80% and now I am able to go to my office and can walk comfortably. He saved me from sever pain, I must say that physiotherapist department of BM Gupta hospital is incomplete without Dr. Yogesh, Kudos to Dr. Yogesh and his team!!

One of the worst hospital at uttam nagar creates fake bill and admin staff is really pathetic doesnt have sense how to talk with patient and attended

Careless doctors, don't care about patient's reports, did not bother to carry out investigations. Blame attendants. The patient is just not a priority but money is, least bothered about patients especially the pensioners and cashless.

Very good Hospital and services are also best!!
